A brand new three bedroom town house situated in a quiet location on a private complex in the centre of Caleta De Fuste, which offers a beautiful sandy beach, a variety of bars and restaurants and an 18 hole golf course. The house is furnished to a very high standard and can sleep 6-8 people. There is a large heated shared pool which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

Notes on prices
Prices are based on four people sharing 2 bedrooms. Additional people are charged at a rate of £30 per person per week. A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. A security deposit of £100 will be required.
Changeover day
Changover day is flexible. Access can be gained after 3.00pm on day of arrival and we ask that you depart by 11.00am on the day of depature. If no new guests are arriving on the same day a late check out can usually be arranged.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, free standing wardrobes and benefits from an ensuite. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom has bath/shower over, basin, wc and bidet. The ensuite to bedroom 3 has a shower, basin and wc. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, hob,washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is also a dining area with table and chairs. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is spacious with a three piece suite. There is a dining table and chairs. For your entertainment provided is a large satellite tv with video and DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and bathroom towels are provided and would be changed in the middle of a two week stay. The property would be cleaned for your arrival, if you require extra cleaning during your stay this can be done at an extra cost. |

Outside
The house has patio doors that open out on to a private patio which overlooks the gardens and pool. There are wooden table and chairs provided so that you can enjoy your meals alfresco. There are also four sunloungers provided for around the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The house is just a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful sandy horseshoe shaped beach with a picturesque harbour where there are many attractions, including the unique Oceanarium, where you can interact with seals.Also recommended is a sailing excursion on a 25 metre catamaran where it is possible to site dolphins and a giant turtle. There are many watersports also on offer.
Golf
A new golf course with a driving range and club hire facilities is just a five minute drive away. It is a 18 hole par 70 course which has three large lakes connected by a stream all of which comes into play at several holes.
Travel
The Fuerteventura airport is just a 10 to 15 minutes drive away. A car is definatly not essential.
Distances
Caleta De Fuste is approximatly a 40 minute drive from Corralejo where there a the famous sand dunes and also the harbour where you get a ferry to the island of Lanzarote. To the south of Caleta De Fuste there are the beautiful beaches of the Jardin.
Further details
Caleta De Fuste has everything needed for a family holiday, fantastic beach, gift shops to browse around, supermarkets for those who want to self cater, and restaurants which range from the good old English roast to French, Chinese, Italian and Portugese. Many bars also offer evening entertainment.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. The remainder of the money will be payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 will be required.
