Baby and Main Pool

This spacious, 3 bedroom villa which is secured with lockable gates. It has a private patio and garden which leads directly to two beautiful communal pools. One children-s pool and one 29m main pool. The house is split into two floors, on the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, open lounge diner, one double bedroom and one bathroom. On the second floor there is one double bedroom which leads onto a roof top patio area, and a second bedroom with two sets of large bunk beds as well as a second fully equipped bathroom. This is a great location for a holiday, with the closest shops only a 5 minute walk away. The town centre is a 20 minute walk, the water park and market place is only a 12 minute walk and the fabulous Flag Beach is a 5 minute drive away. Set in a quiet location with all the amenities you could wish for close by, this is an ideal location if you want a relaxing break away from it all or if you want to enjoy all the activities Corralejo has to offer.

Notes on accommodation
A great place for children as the villa has lockable gates so security is catered for. The patio is very large and has drive-in access and can accommodate several cars. The private garden with its own palm trees adds to the ambiance of the location.

Accessibility
Our property has a downstairs double bedroom and downstairs bathroom, entrance into the property would be via the double patio doors or the front door which are a step up from the patio (this is the only step up you would need to overcome). There is wheelchair access into the properties grounds and access for wheelchairs into the swimming pool. There are also communal toilets in the swimming pool area. The local paths are wide so would be fine for a wheelchair.

Outside
There is a huge patio are which is surrounded by a large irrigated garden. On the patio there is a barbecue and garden furniture comprising of sunbeds, table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
Corralejo has some of the most beautiful beaches and clear blue seas on the island. The closest beach is a 15 minute walk away in the town alternatively a 2 minute drive away there is the famous Flag Beach, ideal for windsurfing, kite surfing on just swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with sunbeds and parasols and a lovely little beach bar. A 15 minute drive will take you to El Cortillo beaches, one beach is idea for surfers and there is also a shallow beach which is ideal for young children.

Travel
Direct flights to Fuerteventura are available in the UK with airlines such as Thompson, Thomas Cook, XL Airways, Airtours, First Choice and My Travel. It will take about 40 minutes to drive to Corralejo. You can organise car hire on line before you go and have a car ready for collection at the airport. Alternatively you can hire a car on arrival or jump into a taxi. A taxi will cost approximately 40 euros to the villa. A meet and greet service can be arranged at an extra charge.

Distances
The main town of Correlejo is a 20 minute walk from the villa however the closest shops, bank and bars are only a five minute walk away. The beautiful village of El Cortillo takes 15 minutes by car. The capital of Porto del Rosario is a 30 minute drive and the mountain ranges of Tindaya are a 30 minute drive and lead to some beautiful villages.

Further details
Fuerteventura which means 'Windy Isle' is the closest island to Africa and benefits from year round sunshine. The sand dunes of Corralejo are simple breathtaking. As are the clear seas which offer many water activities from fishing, windsurfing, kite surfing, body boarding etc. Why not try a quad safari around the island stopping for lunch on route, riding thought the mountains and the sand dunes. The fabulous market is held on Mondays and Fridays at the water park, which is only a 12 minute walk from the villa. Remember to haggle here and aim for a final price of about half that originally asked. The shopping in the town is really cheap as it's all duty free check out the electrical goods, jewellery and designer sunglasses. The best supermarket is in the old town and is called Hyper Dino its where all the Spanish shop so the prices are the lowest for all foods and drink. The restaurants in town offer a variety of culinary delights and will suit all tastes. Remember some shops will shut for a siesta usually closing at 2pm and reopen at 5pm until 10.30. If you decide to visit Fuerteventura in carnival time be prepared for an amazing two hour long procession with partying going on through the night into the next day.

Booking notes
50% of the total costs must be paid as a non-refundable payment on booking. The final 50% is due 6 weeks before departure. We also request a separate cheque of £100 for damages, if no damages are incurred this cheque is returned to you. If you book less than 6 weeks before departure the cost of the holiday must be paid in full.
