Villa Brilia is located in the village of Parque Holandes which is approximately half way between the airport and Corralejo in the north of the Island. The village is set back from the coast road and there are shops, bars and restaurants in the village. You have free access to a very nice pool and children’s play area which is located in the grounds of a really nice family run restaurant close to the Villa. It is about 3 minutes by car to miles of beautiful sand dunes and golden beaches which stretch for miles. You can see the sea and coastline from the Villa and only a short walk away.

We do ask for a returnable deposit of £100 per booking which is completely refundable to you on your return from holiday and the safe return of keys and the Villa being left in good order.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day is on Wednesdays but this can be flexible depending on availability of dates requested.

| Utility Room: | Outhouse for storage and cleaning equipment, if needed. |
| Living Rooms: | Large oval shaped open plan lounge/dining room. Comfortable 3 piece suite and 2 coffee tables. Main patio doors. Large dining table, seats 6, plus dresser containing large selection of glasses and dining items plus many books. Main entrance to Villa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The Villa will be cleaned and ready for your arrival. Bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels are provided. Full laundry change and cleaning each week. We do not provide beach towels. A local English lady looks after Villa and laundry for us. |

There is also a music centre in the lounge and a hair dryer at the villa. Completely detached in its own 1500sqm plot. You can see the sea from the front of the villa.

Accessibility
The villa is all on ground level with no steps or stairs to negotiate.
Outside
3 sun patios, 1 large patio to the side of the villa with entrance from the lounge with 6 sun beds and patio furniture plus one patio at rear for late afternoon sunshine and cocktails. Also a car port. The villa is privately owned and set back from the road with its own driveway in to its own grounds and is peaceful and quiet.
You have free access to a very nice pool together with a children’s play area and mini golf only a few minutes walk from the Villa in the grounds of a nice family run restaurant.
Coast/Beach
You can see the sea and coastline from the villa. There is a small harbour and fishing boats only a few minutes walk but 4 minutes by car to miles of sand dunes and golden beaches with panoramic views.
Travel
Car hire is recommended and cars are really quite cheap to hire for collection on arrival. The villa is about 15 minutes from the airport.
Distances
The villa is situated only about a 10 minute drive to the main tourist town of Corralejo which has lots of good bars, restaurants and supermarkets. In the village of Parque Holandes there is a small supermarket and quite a few nice, family bars and restaurants.

The villa is located in the village of Parque Holandes which is about 15 minutes from the airport following the coast road to the north and about the same distance into the main tourist town of Corralejo which has large supermarkets, many shops and lots of good bars and restaurants at very reasonable prices and a nice relaxing family atmosphere.
