Within the protected courtyard you will find the electrically heated pool with Jacuzzi and child’s section, spacious sun terraces with cushioned sun beds, gas BBQ, Bar and of course, your 'al fresco' dining area. Notes on prices
Rates are for up to 8 persons staying in the villa.
There is a charge of £90 for every extra person per week, up to 20 guests. Christmas and New year are just the one price of £2895 for up to 15 people. We accept credit cards Visa or Mastercard for payment with Pay Pal. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge per credit card transaction. Terms: bookings are from Thursday 14:00 hrs - Thursday 10:00 hrs. £300 per week booking deposit payable (except Christmas and New Year £500 per week deposit).
Changeover day
Bookings are normally from 2pm on date of arrival to 10am on the date of departure (although we can sometimes be flexible, dependant upon other guests).
Accommodation

| Kitchen: | The colours has 2 fitted kitchens that have been modernised but have still kept their rustic charm. They are equipped with fridge/freezer, full size oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, orange squeezer and plenty of crockery and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | The separate utility room is spacious and equipped with a washing machine, electric dryer and a line dryer plus iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 3 separate comfortable lounges each with their own large flat screen TV. Sky satellite TV Sports/Movies, plus DVD player and a CD player. The separate dining room is spacious and will seat up to 26 guests. Highchairs provided. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels are provided and changed twice weekly. Bed linen is changed weekly and pool towels are provided for your use during your holiday. The villa is cleaned once per week with a midweek towel change. |

Within the protected courtyard you will find the full sized electrically heated pool with Jacuzzi and child's section and spacious sun terraces with comfortable cushioned sun beds. There is also a pool bar and gas operated BBQ to assist you when preparing those 'al fresco' dining evenings. The grounds of the villa are well maintained and the mature gardens are well-cared for. This unique holiday location would provide an ideal setting for large families, wedding parties and groups of friends who just want to relax and enjoy the sunshine away from the hustle and bustle of everyday living!
Coast/Beach
Lanzarote, the sun-kissed & the most easterly of the 7 main Canary Islands is claimed to be the most exclusive. The climate is dominated by the warm Gulf Stream producing glorious summer temperatures all year round. The main resorts are concentrated in the centre and south of the island, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, and Playa Blanca. The most popular resort is Puerto Del Carmen with over 5 km of golden beaches, rocky divides, palm trees and only a 15 minute drive from "The Colours".
Golf
There are 2 golf courses on the Island and "The Colours" sits conveniently between both of them. 1 course is located on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen 15 minutes away by car, it is new and only opened this year. The other course is in Costa Teguise also approximately 15 minutes drive away by car.
Travel
We can arrange competitively priced Car Hire during your holiday in Lanzarote with the largest and most reputable car hire company on the Island who offer the very latest models Corsa to Cadillac. Please ask for a quotation. Vehicles can be collected and returned to airport. Prices include unlimited mileage. Also child seats are available at no charge (up to €35 per week from some other car rental companies.)
Distances
The Villa is located in the centre of the island convenient to all beaches and touristic attractions and can boast the most stunning panoramic views. Take a stroll into the nearby village of San Bartolome where you will find a local bakery for fresh croissants and bread, local supermarkets, local butchers, tapas bars and restaurants. 'The Colours' is just a 15 minute drive from the spectacular 5km of golden beaches at Puerto del Carmen with its palm trees and rocky divides.
Further details
Visit the picturesque fishing port of the Old Town to watch late night boules or sample one of the many excellent fresh seafood restaurants. Alternatively visit our fabulous marina at Puerto Calero and gaze into the clear waters to see the many species of fish, book a submarine or catamaran trip, or take a snorkelling lesson. Why not lunch or dine at one of the many quayside restaurants. Visit the many attractions of natural beauty and interest such as Timanfaya National Park (live volcano), camel rides, Jameos del Agua, Cuevas Verdes (caves) Cactus Park and the Bird Park, to name but a few.
