Casas del Sol occupies a prime location in Playa Blanca and is highly sought after with guests returning year after year. The complex is located opposite the small harbour, with shops, restaurants and 3 golden sandy beaches just a few minutes stroll away. With a convienient, central location a car is not necessary. Our villa has been completely refurbished for July 2008 and is set amid beautiful well kept mature gardens with large heated pool, sunbeds and parasols. As owners living in Playa Blanca we are here to ensure your stay is enjoyable and problem free.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for 2 persons. £15 each extra person per week. Babies under 2 using cot free. Discounts available for repeat bookings, referrals, late bookings and long stay.
Changeover day
Thursdays are normally changeover days but we are flexible, particularly out of high season periods. Villa available from 4pm on arrival & to be vacated at 10am on departure days, unless prior arrangements are made.

The villa/complex are excellent for couples and families looking for a relaxing stay in a quiet and safe environment. The pool and children's paddling pool are overseen by a
full-time lifeguard service.

Accessibility
All the pathways and pool areas are wheelchair friendly. There are 2 standard steps to the private terrace and 1 smaller step into the villa.
Outside
Large south facing walled terrace, ideal for alfresco eating and private sunbathing, with sun from morning to evening time. Plenty of shade also below the covered pergola. Tennis courts, boule pit, heated pool, reception/small shop, Internet room, small library and clients car park.
Coast/Beach
There are 3 golden sandy beaches within easy walking distance, each with food, drink and other amenities. 2 mins walk to the small harbour where you can catch the Fuertaventura ferry, glass bottom boats and smaller ferries to the beautiful protected Papagayo beaches. The coastal promenade is 2 mins away, linking the new, must see, Marina Rubicon with the centre of the village and beyond to the lighthouse. Well stocked Spar supermarket 2 mins away.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is approximately 25 mins drive. Papagayo beaches 15 mins drive.
Tours of the island and visits to fire mountain can be arranged at reception.
The new marina Rubicon is 5 mins drive with its designer boutiques and restaurants. There is also indoor shopping and a bowling alley.
Distances
Casas del Sol complex is centrally located in Playa Blanca and is only 2 minutes walk from the sea, harbour and pedestrian shopping precinct.
Booking notes
Booking taken within 14 days of arrival, at 10% discounted rates. Long term rental considered at 10%. Long stay terms apply after 3rd week. 25 December 2008 and 1 January 2009 excluded as arrival dates, as departure days no problem however. Deposite taken witin 5 days of booking confirmation. Payment in full prior to 8 weeks of arrival.
