Las Arenas is a light, airy studio apartment within a small private gated complex, which is well maintained and very peaceful. There is direct access to the beach and the beautiful turquoise sea. Less than one minute and you are there! The climate in Fuerteventura makes it an ideal holiday location all year round.

| Bedrooms: | King size bed in bedroom area, wake up and gaze out to sea. Whilst this apartment is ideal for 2, there is a small sofa bed if you have young children. Large double wardrobes with plenty of space. |
| Bathrooms: | Large bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Compact kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, including fridge with ice box, combi microwave, kettle, toaster, 2 ring hob, crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. |
| Utility Room: | Ironing board, iron, hairdryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room has 2 sofas (one of which is a small double sofa bed), coffee table. There is a TV, DVD player, CD/Radio. There is a selection of books for you to enjoy and also a selection of games (Scrabble etc). Dining area, table and 2 chairs. |
| Other: | The large terrace has 2 sun loungers, parasol, table and 4 chairs. You can sit and enjoy the sea and beach views during the day and in the evening enjoy the sound of the waves on the shore and the lights of Costa Calma twinkling around the bay! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is cleaned between guests and the linen is changed on a weekly basis. There is a towel service available 5 euros pppw, hand towel, and bath towel. |

Outside
The apartment is located in a private gated complex with direct access to the beach.
This small exclusive complex is very peaceful and well maintained with beautiful flowers and plants along the walkways.
Coast/Beach
Less than a minute to the stunning golden sandy beach of Costa Calma. If you love beach walking there is access to 15 miles of beaches direct from your door. Safe for swimming and snorkelling as the water is crystal clear. There is a windsurf school a few minutes stroll away across the quiet uncrowded beach and kite surfing on Sotavento Beach is nearby.
Golf
Morro Jable golf course is 35 minutes away and Caleta de Fuste is 40 minutes away.
Travel
It is a 50 minute drive from the airport at Puerto del Rosario. Car hire is available from the airport or if you prefer not to drive we can recommend an excellent English taxi service. There is also a bus service from the airport to Costa Calma.
Distances
Restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops are all within a short walk, and there is a market on Wednesday and Sunday which is about a 15 min walk.
Further details
There are many places to see, beautiful sunsets at La Pared, which is only a 10 min drive, the fishing village of Ajuy with its caves and excellent fish restaurants, Oasis Park is a main attraction with parrot shows and camel rides, garden centre and lots more, and is only 10 min drive away.

Please contact Keith or Pam either by email or phone to book or to ask any questions you might have. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested dates. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
If you are looking for cheap flights try Ryanair we have had some really good deals through them!
