Casa Del Mar is a modern, luxury 2 storey villa with a good size heated, private pool and patio area overlooking the bay. With it being on the Southern most resort of the island it therefore benefits from maximum sunshine. Just 5 minutes stroll away is the newly opened 'village' down by the local beach where you can relax amongst a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and even a play area for the children. To the left of the villa are the famous Papagayo white beaches, and to the right along the promenade is the exclusive new Marina Rubicon with its numerous bars and restaurants, both within easy reach. Just a bit further down the picturesque promenade with stunning coastal views is the popular Dorada beach with all its water sports, and then on into the main resort of Playa Blanca (5 minutes by car from villa).

Changeover day
Changeover day is Thursday-Thursday in peak times, but other days by arrangement.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and private balcony with beautiful sea views. Two twin bedrooms, one upstairs with balcony overlooking the mountains. One on the ground floor with adjacent bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: | The large en-suite bathroom consists of bath with shower over set in marble, vanity sink, wc and bidet. The downstairs bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower, vanity sink, wc and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | The modern kitchen with large opening windows onto the patio consists of cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and is well equipped with all pots, pans and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | The open-air utility room has a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board, aswell as mops, brooms and dustpans. |
| Living Rooms: | A good sized, fully furnished comfortable lounge with Skybox satellite, 26" Sony LCD TV and DVD Player. It has large opening windows overlooking the pool and patio area, and the sea beyond. |
| Other: | The dining area comfortably seats 6 people around a large solid pine table, and a high chair is supplied. There is also a table and chairs and sun loungers provided outside on the patio area. |

Weekly maid service, linen and bathroom towels provided (please bring own beach towels). High chair, cot and playpen included (bedding for cot not provided). |

Accessibility
The whole ground floor including patio area and pool, living and dining room, kitchen, utility room, family bathroom and bedroom 3 are all accessible without any steps from the sidewalk on the road.
Outside
Large patio area with private heated pool, under-water lighting and beautiful sea views, 4 sun loungers and a table and chairs with parasol to seat 6. Landscape garden to the front with off road parking with access to rear garden via stepping stones.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 50m from the villa, and only a 20 minute walk (or 5 minutes by car) as are the famous Papagayo natural white beaches. From the local beach is the promenade with very scenic views that leads all the way into Playa Blanca (30 minutes stroll or 5 minutes by car) passing through the new Marina Rubicon and the large Dorada beach with its many water sports and bars.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area.
Special interest holidays
Locally there is a wide range of activities including: boat trips, fishing, jet skiing, scuba diving, snorkeling, banana boat, pedalo's, quad bikes and dune buggies, 10 pin bowling, weekly markets and organised excursions.
Other activities on the island include golf, water park, windsurfing/surfing, cycling, horse/camel rides, animal/bird parks, wild West theme park, submarine, go-carts and jeep safaris.
Travel
Travel from Arrecife airport is about 40 minutes by taxi or car. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are close by such as supermarket, bars and restaurants and taxi rank, and there are many organised excursions available. However, for those wishing to make the most of the local area and to explore the island there are many beautiful and interesting places to visit. Cars and mopeds are available to hire at a very reasonable cost from as little as 1 day or for the whole of your holiday.
Distances
The local village is just 5 minutes walk away and hosts a number of shops, bars and restaurants. A 15 minute stroll from the villa is the new Marina Rubicon with its exclusive shops, bars and restaurants and a weekly craft market. The town of Playa Blanca is 2.5km away (5 minutes by car). Timanfaya National Park (volcanic region) is 20km away and Los Hervideros and Jameos Del Agua (natural volcanic caves) are 50 mins away by car, both are definitely worth a visit.
Further details
There is a supermarket, taxi rank and car hire just 100m from the villa. There are several top hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and banks all within 5-10 mins walk away.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week of booking is required or the full amount if less than 8 weeks until you occupy the villa. The final balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. Prices are based on 4 people sharing, additional persons are £50 per week each extra. The pool heater is an additional £40 per week if required during the winter months.
