Dining area, with table and chairs. A compact but fully fitted kitchen. Separate toilet with washbasin. Twin bedroom with ensuite shower and washbasin. The second bedroom has a double bed with direct sea views and has air conditioning. Family bathroom including bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin. There is broadband internet available, (please bring your own laptop) and a digital safe. There is a utility room that has a washing machine and can be used for storing sports equipment. |

Notes on accommodation
A complete set of beach and house towels are supplied and are changed weekly, as is the bedlinen.
A complimentary welcome pack is provided.
Please note that these are non-smoking villas but ashtrays are provided for external use.
A cot and highchair can be provided if required for no extra charge.

Casa Miranda:
Internal courtyard complete with garden furniture and fountain with a rain effect feature, just to remind you of home! perfect for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing, again with patio doors leading out to the beach.
Private swimming Pool, 9m x 4m, maintained & cleaned 3 times a week and heated by an extensive solar heating system.
The garden has been professionally designed and consists mainly of cactus and flowering plants.
There are also two external showers.
Sunloungers are available for all guests. Private garden path from the terrace leading directly onto the beach only metres away.
Casa Hedley:
Swimming Pool, 5.5m x 3m, maintained & cleaned 3 times a week complete with an extensive solar powered heating system.
Patio area with table, chairs & sunloungers. BBQ.

Travel
The villa is located 37kms from Fuerteventura airport, just off the excellent main road into Corralejo. It is easy to rent a car from the airport or a taxi rank is located at the airport arrivals area.
Distances
The main area of Corralejo, with the large supermarkets and an extensive selection of bars & restaurants, water park, bowling etc. is a 5 min drive, 20 min walk or approx. €3 taxi journey.
Booking notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of €150 for Casa Hedley and €330 for Casa Miranda per week is payable within 5 working days. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure.
Payment can be made in £ if preferred.
