Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. Check-in time 2pm. Check-out time 10am. Although these times can also be flexible depending on other bookings. Please feel free to make enquiries 1 week before departure.

Bedrooms: Consists of one double bed with two bed-side cabinets with modern lamps. Large wall mirror. A 3-door wardrobe which includes shelving and safe. Ceiling light with fan. Hairdryer provided. All bedroom furniture rustic style.
Bathrooms: Bathroom includes large mirror and shelving. Overhead shower with shower curtain. Sink, WC and bidet. Spot lights to ceiling. Well appointed and fully tiled.
Kitchen: Oak style open-plan kitchen with sink, fridge (inc. freezer compartment), hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and usual kitchen cutlery and utensils. Breakfast bar for 2 with high seating chairs.
Utility Room: Ironing board and iron. Clothes airer, mop & bucket, sweeping brush.
Living Rooms: Bright, modern and well-ventilated living area which includes a sofa bed, TV, low rustic style unit, a DVD and CD/Radio player. Lamp/s and low table with drawers. Fantastic views of pool and surrounding area from living area.
Other: Spacious balcony with sun and shaded area. Includes table and 4 chairs for relaxing.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bedding and quilted bedspreads supplied. Bath and hand towels provided. Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, interim clean is available upon request. No beach towels provided.

Accessibility
Apartment on 1st floor therefore, unfortunately, wheelchair access would not be possible.

Outside
Large communal pool on complex with a children's section, tennis court and gym with various excercise machines. Mature Canarian botanical gardens, palm trees and sunbeds throughout for all to enjoy.

Coast/Beach
A 5/10 minutes stroll to the nearest golden sandy beach with a sprinkle of cafe bars. About a 5 minutes drive to the famous sand dunes. The harbour area has an interesting mix of sandy and rocky areas, very child friendly, where you can also see locals going about their fishing.

Golf
The Fuerteventura Golf Club course is at the resort of Caleta de Fusta.

Fuerteventura is the place to be if your interest revolves around water and watersport !! Varied and interesting choice of tours, excursions, rentals or lessons available - from deep sea fishing, kite buggies/surfing, boogy boarding, wind surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, to dolphin safaris ...

Travel
The Island of Fuerteventura has only one airport - an approx. 30 mins drive from Corralejo. Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged for 40euros - paid locally/each way - which includes a meet and greet service. (Usual price approx. 45euros). Car is not essential because of location of Residencial Las Dunas but is recommended if you wish to explore the Island.
Ferry crossings to Lanzarote on a daily basis from Corralejo harbour.

Distances
The El Campanario Commercial Centre houses a large supermarket, a few cafe/bars and an abundance of shops - an approx. 7 mins walk. Taxi rank is located to the side of the Centre. The only water park on the island is an approx. 15 mins leisurely stroll with the weekly market 2 mins walk further. The main street with the busier restaurants and bars is also an approx. 15/20 mins walk (or a 2/3 mins taxi ride)

Other excursions on offer in Corralejo - quad tours, jeep safari, glass bottom tours to Los Lobos, whole island tours, combat games, trike tours - to name just a few !!
Restaurants on offer are just as varied - Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Italian restaurants, traditional and international cuisine and also a great choice of fish restaurants at the harbours' waterside restaurants.

Arrangements can be made for rental of neighbouring Apartment. We can make enquiries with the owner as to availability and prices on your behalf. This is a great opportunity for extended friends & family to holiday on same complex at own Apartment.

Booking form to be completed and returned together with 50% deposit to secure the booking. £50 fully refundable security deposit also payable - to cover any damages/breakages or excess cleaning - if need be. Balance outstanding payable 6 weeks before departure.
