Modern apartment with twin bedroom, open plan lounge and kitchen area, bathroom and balcony over looking the garden area. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard in a bright modern style with those extra touches to make it a home from home. There is everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Residencial Las Dunas was completely refurbished in 2007/8. There are well maintained Canarian gardens throughout, tennis courts and a large free form swimming pool with children's area with sunbeds around the outside. Located in a quieter part of the resort the complex is just 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach and the BAKU park. The main Avendia is a 15 minute stroll away where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. The variety of cuisines means that there is something to suit all tastes.

Changeover day
Flexible. No minimum number of nights. 7, 9, 10, 11, 14+ night stays are available. Check in time 2pm Check out time 10am (this will only be applied if guests are arriving on the same day and can be flexible)
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has twin beds. There is a large sliding door wardrobe with plenty of hanging and shelf space for all your belongings. There is ample room under the beds to store your suitcases. A hairdryer and digital safe have been provided. |
| Bathrooms: | The bright bathroom has walk in shower, toilet, bidet and sink. There is a large mirror with plug nearby for shavers. Bath and hand towels will be provided saving you essential space in your suitcase. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, washing machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is a breakfast bar and stools providing space for indoor dining if you prefer. |
| Living Rooms: | The light and airy living room overlooks the balcony. It has been decorated in a bright modern style with a sofa which opens out to a full sized double bed. Nest of tables. Sideboard with Flat screen TV, DVD player, games and books and Information Folder. |
| Other: | The balcony is large and enjoys sun throughout the day. There is a table and chairs with cushions for you to make the most of the sun. There is also a covered area which provides shade should you require it. Out here you will also find a clothes airer. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath, hand and tea towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Bedlinen is provided for all occupied beds. The apartment will be cleaned before your stay and weekly thereafter (for stays of 10 days a mid clean is included). |

Accessibility
This is a first floor apartment accessible by stairs so is unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair users. There are apartments on the complex more suited to wheelchairs please email me and I will pass on their details.
Outside
The complex has a large free form swimming pool with childrens pool to the side. Access to the pool is via various slopes and steps making it suitable for all. You can elso make full use of the tennis courts and exercise room. There are also garden areas and patios throughout for you to enjoy.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 10 minutes away. The Las Dunas National Park has miles of golden sand surrounding Corralejo giving you the chance to try a different beach each day of your holiday!
There are other beautiful beaches on the island including Jandia which has been compared to the Caribbean.
Hire a car and explore the island and you are sure to find amazing secluded beaches with golden sand and blue seas.
Golf
The nearest golf courses are in Caleta de Fuste accessible by car or bus (via Puerto del Rosario)
Special interest holidays
The island has many beaches making it a popular destination fo watersports and divers. There are plenty of local schools for those wishing to learn and for those that dont you can sit in bars such as Waikiki and watch the windsurfing lessons with a nice cold drink with your feet in the sand!
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is 40 minutes drive away. Transfers are available through me for 40 euros per party each way (payable locally) or you can collect a taxi or hire car at the airport.
Distances
10 minutes to the nearest beach. 3 minutes from nearest supermarket and bar. 5 minutes from nearest cashpoint. 5 minutes from El Campanario shopping centre. 10 minutes to Baku family park.

Booking notes
Please ask for a booking form and this will be sent along with terms and conditions of hire. A non-refundable £60 deposit will secure your booking. Balance plus refundable £60 Security deposit due 6 weeks prior to departure. For holidays booked within next 6 weeks full balance is due. Breakage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return. Payment methods - Sterling Cheque, Sterling or Euro Transfer, Paypal (2.5% Surcharge). Last Minute Bookings may be available.

If you want a nice quiet place to stay this is for you.
The apartment is well-appointed with a modern kitchen containing all you need and more for your stay, and provides secure and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price.
