This detached modern villa is located in an exclusive area in the sunny south of Lanzarote. The villa has wonderful sea views over to Fuerteventura and spacious terraces and a large fully heated pool. The villa is just 15 minutes from the Papagayo beaches and only 5 minutes to 'El Pueblo' where you can find a couple of lovely restaurants, a sports bar and a terrace bar with homemade ice-cream! A further 15-20 minutes takes you to the new marina along the lovely seafront walkway. The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and 3 of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. This villa has been designed to suit everyone from a couple looking for a romantic getaway to a family looking for a fun vacation...this really could be your perfect holiday home from home!

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Children under 2 at the time of travel stay free, and remember that unlike many properties there is no extra charges for the air conditioning and pool heating!

| Living Rooms: | The modern living and dining area has comfy leather suites and a modern glass dining table and chairs. There is a LCD TV with DVD player and SKY with sports and movies. |
| Other: | Downstairs is a large open plan room (plus air-conditioning) with the 4th bedroom and bathroom and also a lounge area with 2 sofas, a TV with PlayStation 2 and a 7 in 1 kids games table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen, villa towels and pool towels are included. Weekly linen change and clean and a midweek towel change. The pool is serviced twice weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Pool towels provided. A welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk etc will be waiting for you on arrival to get your holiday off to a great start with compliments of Casa 22.

Accessibility
There are approx 10 steps up to the entrance to the villa and then 2 steps down to the pool area from the terrace. There are 2 private parking spaces outside the villa.
Outside
Outside there is a table and chairs and a BBQ and also a built in bench with 2 comfy wicker chairs and a coffee table. There are 8 sun loungers with cushions and side tables. The pool is both solar and electrically heated and has large full width steps for easy access and a built in bench for relaxing on!
Coast/Beach
The natural Papagayo beaches are approx 15 minutes off road walk away from the villa or a 3 min drive, alternatively the Playa Dorada beach is about 3 minutes drive from the villa and this is a beach with sunbeds, cafes and here you can also enjoy water sports!
Distances
The nearest supermarket is just a couple of minutes drive away and the main village of Playa Blanca is 5 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a deposit of 200 pounds per week is required, with the balance to be paid 8 wks before departure. A returnable £200 security cheque is also required.
