Villa Christina is a 3 bed spacious 10 yr old rustic traditional villa with solar heated pool. Suitable for families and couples alike. The pool (28' x 14') area is private and secluded with large patio area equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower, table, chairs and Weber BBQ, the area can be lit at night for perfect Al Fresco dining and relaxing. This rustic villa is situated in the quaint Spanish village of La Oliva, with its historic charm, offering amenities and shops used by locals. A 15 minute journey to the lively and active resort of Corralejo situated on the harbour, offers many restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife. Corralejo offers 7 miles of uninterrupted white sand and dunes. Plus plenty of entertainment and activities for all ages. Or take the 12 minute journey to the more quiet village of El Cotillo, offering a more traditional feel and tranquil peace with unspoilt charm and the most beautiful secluded beaches and bays. Just a 30 min drive to nearest golf course.

Changeover day
Changeover days on the island are either Wednesday or Saturday, we accept both days. Arrival times are generally after 15.30pm and departure times are at 10.00am. Where possible we will be flexible.

All bathroom towels and linen are included, villa is cleaned weekly with change of linen and towels. Pool is cleaned twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The pool is solar powered, so temperature can vary dependant on outside climate. We provide a fan in the villa and for the cooler evenings, a couple of oil filled radiators are provided. Cot and linen can be hired at an extra charge.

Accessibility
The villa is all on the same level, with a gravel drive. One step up to the villa.
Outside
Villa is set back off the road with a front Spanish style landscaped garden. Front patio area is supplied with chairs, table and umbrella. Rear pool and patio area is combined, with shaded area. Weber BBQ is provided. Pool is 28 x 14 with a deep end at 6'. Steps into pool. Solar panels provide heating.
Coast/Beach
Quaint El Cotillo village with lagoons and bays and secluded beach areas 12 minute drive. The lively beautiful town of Corallejo with its 7 miles of sandy beaches 15 minute drive.
Golf
Nearest golf course is in Caleta de Fuesta, about 30 minutes from the Villa. Cost is approximately 65 euros for non Residents. There are 2 courses. Turn right at McDonalds in Caleta. Booking is advisable Tel: 0034 928 160 034 they speak English. There is no requirement for Handicap, the dress is very casual and you can hire golf clubs.
Travel
Airport is a 20 minute drive. A car is highly recommended for the villa.

Airport 20 minute drive. Corallejo 15 minute drive. El Cotillo 10 minute drive. Caleta De Fuesta 30 minute drive.
Booking notes
We will willingly hold a booking for 72 hours from date of enquiry, whilst you look at flights. The villa will not be booked without completion of the booking form and provision of contact details. Once booked, we take a non-refundable 50% deposit. We then request the remaining balance 6 weeks prior to departure.
