The centre of the village of Yaiza is a mere 2 minute stroll and offers plenty of amenities including various bars/restaurants, supermarkets, kids playgrounds, chemist and post office. With its central location Yaiza also allows for short drive times to neighbouring coastal resorts such as Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Puerto Calero. It is a 15 minute transfer from the airport. The gardens are indigenous, mature and well cared for creating a perfect scene to enjoy the outdoor space the property offers. Internally, all mod cons such as air-conditioning, plasma TV, washing machine, dish washer and UK TV channels are at your disposal.

Towels (not beach towels) and linen are included. Linen and towels changed twice weekly.

Children are welcome. Books, toys, games and a children's play table. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.

Arrecife Airport is a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is ideal but not essential. For car hire please enquire regarding prices.

Yaiza - 1 minute.
Papagayo beaches - 20 minutes.
Famara beaches and surfing - 25 minutes.
Puerto Calero marina and restaurants - 10 minutes.
Puerto Del Carmen beaches and nightlife 15 minutes.

Our welcome pack is generous, with the basics, beer, wine, bread, cheese, ham, water, milk, coffee and tea.

Booking notes
Please email us or call us (details below) to enquire regarding booking. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the booking. If booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of the booking, payment in full is required to confirm the booking.
