The apartment has recently been refurbished to include many luxury features including all new windows with electric shutters and a new kitchen. It has a spacious terrace, a large living area with quality furniture including a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate bedroom with a ceiling fan where you can lie in bed and listen to the sound of the waves. The lounge is a great place to relax in the evening having a TV with English Channels BBC 1 and 2 ITV and Sky Sports and a DVD with a selection of DVDs. If you are in the mood for a little music there is a CD with a selection of CDs and a radio to keep you up to date with all the island news. The apartment has a spacious terrace with good quality furniture including sun beds for those lazy afternoons. During your stay, you can enjoy all the facilities that Pebble Beach has to offer including three swimming pools and of course the famous Amarilla Golf Course.

| Kitchen: | New kitchen included, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, halogen hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board, iron...everything you will need for a great holidays. |

The apartment is cleaned ready for your arrival and again when you leave. All bedlinen and towels are provided. There will be a welcome pack when you arrive. |

There are 3 private swimming pools on the Pebble Beach complex just for the use of guests. The nearest pool is a two minute walk and is heated in winter.

Accessibility

Large patio overlooking a spectacular view of the sea and to the right you can see the new marina. Within 15 minutes walk are all the new restaurants that have recently been built offering a fabulous choice of foods.

The coast is a few metres away.

Nearest airport is Tenerife Sur which is approx 15 minutes by car.
