Situated in a peaceful location in the heart of the resort, the accommodation is within easy walking distance of all amenities including the beach and coastal walk. There are two golf courses(one a championship golf course) are 3km away by taxi.

Changeover day
Changeover days/arrival times/departure times are all flexible,however on changeover day if guests are moving in/out, check in is from 4.00pm onwards and check out is no later than 10.00am.

All towels (not beach towels) and bed linen are provided. Accommodation is fully cleaned prior to you arrival. Towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Additional cleaning/laundry is available if requested at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
At time of booking please note that if 2 people are staying ,then only 1 bedroom shall be made up (either twin or double bedroom). If 4 people are staying then 2 bedrooms shall be made up and when 6 are staying then the 3 bedroom shall be made up.If the 3 bedrooms are requested for 4 people then an extra charge £35 is incured to cover cleaning /laundry. Regretfully no pets and no smoking is allowed.

Outside
Patio doors from the kitchen lead out onto the private patio area which has a table and 6 chairs. There are 6 sunloungers provided for either patio area or for around the pool area.Pool is heated all year round.
Coast/Beach
The accommodation is 5 mins from a beautiful large safe sandy horseshoe shaped beach with its picturesque harbour. For those more active there are watersport facilites (jet skiing, sail boarding) on offer or you can take an boat trip to see dolphins, great turtles and other marine life.
Golf
Fuerteventura Golf Club is just 5 mins away (by car/taxi). This championship course hosted the Canarian Open in March 2004. It is a challanging 18 hole, par 71, 6200m course with plenty of water hazzards.A futher new 18 hole course has now opened(Oct 2006). Buggies, trolleys and clubs are all available for hire. There is a driving range if you just want to work on your swing.
Special interest holidays
Long coastal path, ideal for walking/jogging/cycling. Central location for touring/exploring the island. Two golf courses one a Championship course are 3km away.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is 10km from the resort with a taxi transfer costing €12. Tha capital Puerto Del Rosario is 15km away and is served by frequent public bus (every 30 mins).
Distances
To the north of the resort the islands beautiful National Park sand dunes and clear blue waters are a 45min drive away. At Corralejo you can catch the ferry to Lanzarote.
To the south there are the beautiful beaches of the Jandia region. Both these areas are serviced by public transport/taxi.
Further details
Caleta de Fuste is a great resort for families/couples and boasts an excellent selection of shops bars & restaurants. Food range from good old roast beef to Chinese, Mexican, Portugese, Indian and Italian. Many bars offer lively music & dancing.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of £50 per person is required at time of booking with balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday together with a security deposit of £150 which is refundable after inspection by property manager.

Very convenient to town yet quiet as it is away from the centre. Within just a few minutes walk there is plenty of choice of places to eat. The complex is well maintained and provides nice relaxing areas beside the pool. Being able to park our car right outside the house was a real plus.Bed really comfortable as I have back problems.
