This lovely family villa (completed 2006) is situated in a very peaceful village with a small shop and a lovely rustic restaurant and yet is only a short 8 mins drive to the heart of Playa Blanca. You will find the house furnished to a very high standard both inside and out. The 8m x 4m electrically heated pool is surrounded by timber decking. Large terraces with patio heaters and landscaped gardens make the ideal place to waste away the days and nights with family and friends. Within safe view of the pool is a well equipped, astro turfed play area for the little ones and the games room will keep older children happy for hours. Upstairs, the views from the master bedroom and its private roof terrace are unrivalled. The villa is only a 20 mins transfer from the airport and is well located for visiting the islands many attractions.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for up to 4 people. Please add £80 per extra person per week. Children under 5 years old go free. 2 x cots and 2 x high chairs are available free of charge. A fully refundable damage deposit of £250 is also required.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible although most flight from the UK arrive on Thurdays.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Fresh towels and linen are provided at the start of your stay and will be changed weekly for bookings of more than a week. (Please bring your own beach/pool towels). The pool is cleaned twice a week. |

Outside
Large well planted landscaped gardens with a lovely 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by solid wood decking and ample sun loungers. 3 outside dining terraces. BBQ. Well equipped play area with swings, slide, clibming frame, cargo net and monkey bars.
Coast/Beach
Playa Blancas beaches are very family friendly and can be easily reached within 10 mins drive. The more rugged beaches of Papagayo are a similar distance.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses, 1 within a 30 mins drive and 1 within 20 mins drive. There are also plans to build a new course very soon within 10 mins of the villa.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is a 20 mins transfer. The port at Playa Blanca has regular boats to and from Fuerteventura and is 10 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is highly recommended and is very reasonably priced.
Distances
The villa is a 8 mins drive from the town of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. 8 mins in the other direction is the lovely village of Yaiza which also has some wonderful restaurants.
Further details
The local shop and restaurant in Las Brenas are a leisurely 5 mins stroll.
