Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds, based on 4 Persons sharing. Payment in euros will be accepted based upon the exchange rate at the time of booking. Discounts available to fill late availability and holiday lets of 3 weeks or more.
Changeover day
Changeover day usually Thursday, but some flexibility can be accommodated.

| Utility Room: | The Solana includes washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | Tiled in marble with vaulted ceilings creating a light/airy feel. The Lounge is beautifully furnished with cream leather sofas. Entertainment includes satellite TV, DVD'S. Video & Hi Fi. Book, games etc. French doors open onto the terrace & pool area. |
| Other: | Large al fresco dining area with large teak table and ample seating with it's south facing open aspect, this area is ideal for enjoying a meal anytime of the day. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and house cleaned weekly, towels changed twice per week and pool cleaned twice per week. (Please bring your own beach towels). |
Notes on accommodation
Welcome Pack on arrival. Accommodation is suitable for individuals, couples and family alike.
Swimming pool area is enclosed with ballustrading and has entrance gates to help keep young ones from wandering.
If required we can arrange competitive car hire for your duration. A small safe is privided for your personal effects.
Outside
Private 7m x 3.5m heated pool to provide constant water temparature all year round. Sun loungers, lilos available.
Coast/Beach
The villa is 5 minutes walk from the coastal path. There are numerous beaches within a few minutes drive. Papagayo, the best beaches on the island (and some say the best in the whole of Spain) are approximately 10 minutes drive away. There are many coves and rock pools within a few minutes walk of the villa.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away,. Car hire strongly recommended to explore the many attractions of this captivating island.
Distances
Playa Blanca centre with its many restaurants and bars is about a 5 minute journey by car. There is also a lovely coastal walk (for the more energetic) taking approximately 50 minutes that will bring you into Playa Blanca harbour.
Further details
El Golfo the green lagoon and Los Hervidos are about 15 minutes away. Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain) is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Puerto Calero (reputed to be the nicest marina in the Canaries) is also approximatetly 20 minutes away. With it's abundance of superb restaurants and bars this picturesque marina is an ideal place to eat a meal and while away the afternoon or evening. Further information and places of interest can be found in the villa.
