Notes on accommodation
The apartment has ceiling fans in all rooms and also large patio windows which all open onto large terraces. Cots can be hired from reception. There are pools nearby which have shallow areas for children.

Outside
There is a patio table with chairs and parasol on terrrace with wonderful views overlooking the golf course and sea. The second terrace also overlooks the mountains and sea and there are sunloungers for all day sunbathing.
A number of pools are nearby, within a few metres set within pretty gardens there is a pool with a shallow area for children and sunbeds for guests use.
Coast/Beach
Nearby the local fishing village of Medano has a beautiful sandy child friendly beach and also a great water sports area. A local market is to be found here on Saturdays. However there is a small black sand beach within walking distance of apartment.
The popular lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are a 15 minute drive away.
Golf
The Amarilla Golf and Country club provide an excellent 18 hole course which is considered to be one of the best on the Island.
Travel
To fully appreciate the local places of interest a car is recommended. The airport is only 10 minutes and cabs are available from reception.
Distances
The popular resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only a short drive away. The pretty fishing villages of Los Abrigos and Medano can be reached by car in 5 mins. The San Blas cente at Golf de Sur can be reached by strolling along the coast path in 15 mins, by car 5 mins. Here can be found numerous restaurants and evening entertainment to suit all tastes.
Further details
The reception nearby can provide all information on trips and car hire. There is also a well stocked supermarket close by which provides fresh fruit, veg. and an excellent deli/butcher.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required and the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Due to recent cancellation Xmas & New Year weeks 2008/09 now available.
Long term rental would be considered and price negotiable.
