A Delightful, detached 2 bedroomed villa stands in its own secluded garden with large sun terrace, covered terrace, barbeque and own solar heated swimming pool. Inside there is a lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen and also a Utility room with washing machine. The villa is maintained to an high standard for those who wish to have a carefree and relaxing holiday, it is situated in the quiet residential area of Los Colorados considered to be the most up-market area of Playa Blanca located a pleasant 10-15 mins walk to the Islands best beaches at Papagayo. It is also an easy stroll along the sea front promenade to the newly built luxury Marina Rubicon complete with restaurants, bars, shops and nearby resort beaches.

Changeover day
Changeover days are mainly on Thursdays but can be flexible.
The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Well stocked garden. Table with 6 patio chairs plus 4 loungers on sun terrace. Chairs and loungers all fitted with cushioned covers. The good sized private solar heated pool is cleaned weekly.
Coast/Beach
Papagayo beaches are a 15 minute walk away or you can drive there in 5 minutes. These beaches are regarded as some of the finest in Lanzarote.
Golf
30 minutes away at Costa Teguise is a lush green 18 hole golf course with views of the volcano with the ocean in the background and a climate that allows you to play all year round. A true paradise for golfers.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 35Km from the villa; a journey which would take 30/35 minutes by car. A hire car is recommended if you want to have the freedom to explore the island.

Playa Blanca is a 5 minute car journey away.
Further details
There is a Netto supermarket a short distance away and restaurants and a bar are within walking distance.
Booking notes
Tariff rates and all bookings details can be given by contacting the owners.
£100 per week deposit will be needed to be paid on acceptance of the booking with the balance being paid 6 weeks before the actual rental date.
