Our apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and bookings are now being taken. Furnishings include 3 seater sofa bed plus another 3 seater sofa, TV with the 4 main british channels, HiFi, DVD player. Full oven and hob with extractor, fridge freezer, all kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, washing machine, patio furniture including 2 sun loungers. Truly is a home from home.

Changeover day
Normal rental periods are Friday to Friday but may be subject to flexibility. Check in is no earlier than 2pm and check out no later than 10am - again may be subject to flexibility.

The apartment is set on a hill and may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems.

Coast/Beach
Los Cristianos is an ideal family resort with plenty to do for all the family. There is a waterpark in nearby Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas is about 5-10 minutes away by taxi. La Vistas beach is only 10 minutes walk.
Golf
Amarillo golf and the Golf Del Sur are only about 15 kilometres away and are renowned for their beautiful views.
Travel
Dinastia is approximately 15 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport and is easily reach by taxi. They will charge approximately 20 euros.
Distances
The resort of Playa De Las Americas, Torviscas, Costa Adeje, Fanabe are approximately 10 minutes drive. Although if your energetic you can walk along the coast from Los Cristianos to all of these resorts. My husband and I did it in about 45 minutes last November (we stopped for a drink or two en route).
Further details
There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment.
Booking notes
The apartment may be reserved for 72 hours whilst flights are being arranged.
A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. We will also require a £100 per week bond, this will be returned to you once the keys have been returned and apartment inspected. No single sex 18-30s.
