Notes on prices
Add 10% for parties of 5 or 6 adults. There are no surcharges for parents with 2 or 3 etc children. Occupancy is confirmed on island by agent. No price upping for Easter, October school week, Xmas. Airport pick-ups will cost you 30 euros return in a luxury jeep for 4 persons; 40 euros for 6 persons. No charge for infant provisions - Cot, highchair, Micro sterliser, bath seat. No charge for safe.

Long winter lets are possible. Call for quote.

Changeover day
Flexible. Check-out is normally, 11.30am but you can stay later if there is no follow-on let. Liaise with owner. This is one of our unique services that we are often able to provide.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private terrace balcony and en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin room. Bed 3 is a double sofa bed / futon. Further sleeping accommodation is available on one of two 3-seater bed settees in the living room.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower in a cubicle, and the other with a bath and shower screen.
Kitchen: Seperate kitchen room. Fully fitted modern kitchen. Ceramic hob and metal extractor hood. Full height integrated fridge / freezer. Dishwasher. Toaster, sandwich toastie, kettle.
Utility Room: Washing machine and dishwasher, clothes horse, iron and board, hair dryer, childrens toys and paddling tool, cot, highchair, bouncy chair etc. No charge for infant items - free.
Living Rooms: Large lounge with a seperate dining area (dinning table and 4 chairs). 21 inch TV /DVD /CD and an English Satellite system with 24 hour films, music TV, children’s TV. There are two three-seater sofas.
Other: There is a further 14 inch TV with Playstation 2 and games. The Playstation is located in bedroom 3 which can also double as a second lounge for privacy for parents or sharing couples.
There are lots of children provisions – high chair, cot etc.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Rates include a full clean, linen and towels on arrival. A welcome pack is also included. If staying for two weeks, a further clean and fresh bedding and towels are included. An English speaking agent is on hand 24-7 for you.

 

Notes on accommodation
There are ten swimming pools all within a 5 minute walk of the house - all explained in the detailed information folder held at the house. The house is perfect for a family holiday. It is also close to the Fuerteventura Golf Club. The beach is easily accessed by foot or the kids 'noddy' train which collects you close to the house. The house has a full information file on all local amenities.

Outside
The main terrace is accessed from double patio doors off the living room. The terrace is south facing and totally secluded. It is 40m2 in size. There is an outside cool shower. There are six back reclining sun loungers. There is a hard wood oval table and six comfortable chairs and parasol for alfresco dinning. There is a shaded area under a canopy. The front terrace is also large and north facing. The private balcony off the master bedroom is south facing with spectacular views across Calete de Fuste bay. It is 20m2 with a large retractable awning for shade, a further parasol, table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
The golden sandy beach is located within walking distance, or by the kids 'noddy' train, and it is very safe for swimming making it ideal for all the family. The famous endless beaches of Sotavento and Jandia are 40 mins drive away but well worth a visit. To the north, 40 mins will bring you to the white sand dunes and beaches near Corralejo.

Golf
A set of clubs are provided for your use, free of charge (provide your own balls). The Fuerteventura Golf Club, home to the 2004 Spanish Open, is only 5 mins drive from the apartment (approx 3 euros by taxi). The course has 18 holes, with a par of 71. The par 70 Salinas de Golf 18 hole course is adajcent to this (designed by Manual Pinero). This gives you two complexes (36 holes) which you can see about 2km 'as the crow flies' from your master bed balcony. The delightful climate throughout summer and winter means this exciting course can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Located at the hotel, the clubhouse has changing facilities with lockers, bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also a large pro-shop where buggies, trolleys and clubs can be hired. Also available are a driving range, short game areas, putting greens.

Travel
The house is only 8 euros in a taxi from the airport (10 min drive). Airport transfers can be arranged for you for 25 euros return.

Distances
The house is adjacent to the Castillo beach club and pool complex. There are 10 (ten) quality pools all within a maximum 5 minute walk of the house. The house is adjacent to the ‘Traveller’ Pub’ and ‘Ocean View Terrace’ and a 5 minute walk from the Montecastillo centre (where you will find restaurants and bars), and then only a further 5 minute walk to the heart of town. This house is NOT at the peak of Chipmunk Hill !!!

Further details
The house is within easy reach distance of the beach and the bars and shops. It is only a two euros taxi ride to the Atlantico Centre where you will find a large cheap supermarket (Spar) and a range of great shops, 10-pin bowling, and a multi screen English Cinema.

Further, Calete de Fuste is in the centre of the island and is perfectly located for exploring the rest of the island. For example, you can reach the Baku water park in the north at Corralejo in about 35 minutes. For example, you can reach the La Lajita Zoo in the south of the island at Cost Calm in about 35 minutes.

Payment needs to be made in full 4 weeks prior to departure. No deposit is needed – only your word. I don’t ask for a refundable deposit as I trust you.
To book - £50 deposit for 1 week.
To book - £80 deposit for 2 weeks.

We particularly loved your fabulous sun terraces and roof solariums - we got direct sunlight from 8.00am through to sun down - very private which was nice.
