Very well equipped apartment, overlooking the sea, on the very popular Paloma Beach complex. One minute to the beach. An assortment of bars and restaurants are close by. 5 minutes walk to the famous Sunday market. Cross over the road onto a tiled walkway that continues around the harbour, onto Playa de las Americas, Veronicas and Fanabe Beach.

Changeover day
Change over day is usually Friday, but this can be flexible. The apartment must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Towels and linen are provided. Bedding is changed weekly and towel every 3/4 days. |
Accessibility
The complex has lifts to all floors and outside areas. Ramps are part of the complex. Many people use electric wheelchairs at this complex.
Outside
The large patio at the apartment has table and chairs plus two sun loungers. The shared pool is heated and sun beds are available. There is also a pool bar serving food and drinks throughout the day. A reception is also located here. Any problems during your stay please contact them as they will deal with it for you.
Coast/Beach
One minute walk to a small beach. The large main beach in the centre of Cristianos is a 5 minute walk away.
Golf
3 golf courses are within 3 miles of the apartment.
Travel
Tenerife Sur airport is a 15 minute taxi drive away. The cost being 15 /20 Euros. Local buses are cheap and plentiful for travelling around the Island. Taxis are reasonably priced and efficient.
Distances
5 minute walk to the centre of Los Cristianos. A further 15 minutes walk takes you along the tiled promenade into Playa de las Americas. Shops, bars & restaurants are all along this walkway.
Further details
A very well stocked supermarket is close by, selling fresh bread from their own bakery, also an Iceland supermarket is opposite. Various shops, bars and restaurants, including Spanish, English, Indian @ Chinese, are next to the complex. A chemist is two minutes away.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance will be due six weeks prior to departure. Keys will be sent direct to your home.
