We are pleased to offer our 1 bedroom apartment for rent in a peaceful position on the stunning complex of Atlantic Garden in the popular resort of Corralejo. Facilities at the complex includes 3 swimming pools, tennis court, cafe / bar, children's play area, laundry. All the amenities of Corralejo are within easy reach and this complex is the perfect base for exploring the island or simply relaxing by the pool.

Changeover day
Flexible change over day, apartment access time on day of arrival is 4pm & must vacate apartment by 10am on day of departure.

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, mirror, toilet, wash basin and is fully tiled. |
| Kitchen: | Open plan kitchen with everything needed for the self-catering holidaymaker including microwave, toaster, hob, electric BBQ grill, kettle, iron & board, hairdryer, fridge with freezer compartment. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is separated by a breakfast bar with 4 stools underneath it. There is a sofa bed, chair, portable television, dvd and coffee table leading out onto a large sunny terrace with patio furniture. |
| Other: | In the hallway is extra storage space / wardrobe, there you will also find a fitted safe for your valuables. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Midweek towel change and weekly linen change - please supply your own beach towel and tea towels. |
Outside
The apartment is situated within well tendered gardens. There are 3 shared swimmimg pools including a baby/small child pool with sun bathing terraces and sun beds.
Coast/Beach
There is a rather nice golden sandy beach with a couple of cafe/bars approx 5-6 minutes walk from the apartment. It has a sheltered cove ideal for swimming and paddling.
Travel
There is one airport on Fuerteventura which is approx 35-40 minutes drive from the apartment. There are plenty of taxis available at the airport as well as car hire facilites.
Distances
The main resort of Corralejo town centre is approx 10 minute walk from the apartment. Baku water park & the new bowling alley is a approx 10-15 minute walk away.

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants, shops, banks & cafebars to choose from.

30% booking deposit required within 5 days to secure requested booking dates.
Outstanding balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival to Atlantic Garden.
A £75.00 Refundable damage deposit required & is returned to you 7 days after departure from Atlantic Garden.
