This detached luxury villa, is situated on Fuerteventura’s first golf complex, just outside of Caleta De Fuste, 15 minutes drive from the Airport. The two storey property has magnificent panoramic views over the golf course, down to the sea which is only a 20 minute stroll away or a quick ride by car or free bus from the nearby 5 star hotel. The villa with its own outside private heated swimming pool is furnished to a high standard with an 'L' shaped lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathroom/shower rooms. Outside there are lovely spacious gardens and plenty of room to top-up your tan on the sun loungers. Guests also have the use of the large communal pool only 100 yards away. For golf enthusiasts the house overlooks the 18th tee of the course which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. The club house and driving range are only a few minutes walk away. If your dream is to sit on your private patio and be able to see the ocean and mountains, then look no further.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include pool heating all year round.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Wednesday or Saturday but can be flexible at certain times of the year. Please ask for details.
Arrival time is 4.00pm. The villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are provided (except beach towels). For guests staying over 1 week, the villa is cleaned at the end of every week with the towels and linen being changed at the same time. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is not suitable for children between the ages of 1 and 10 due to the low balconies and depth of the swimming pool (1.5m). There is a fitted security safe.
The owners are constantly improving the accommodation. The villa was originally two houses until September 2007 when we acquired the other half. The external walls dividing the two properties have been removed and the gardens and patios have been merged for the enjoyment of our guests. Internally, there has been one change where an archway has been made from the master bedroom into the vacant half to create a dressing room. The living accommodation has been unaffected. It is our intention to knock through downstairs in the future. At that time the rental prices will be increased to reflect the larger internal accommodation. Bookings already made will not be affected.
The villa has wi-fi connectivity. Guests can pay by card and details can be obtained from the owners.

Accessibility
Due to the stairs, the villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa stands behind wooden gates and fencing for your privacy. There is a pretty established front garden filled with local plants. At the side and rear of the house there are large tiled areas for sunbathing and further gardens being planted out. There is a solar heated outdoor shower and a heated private swimming pool measuring approx 6.5m x 3.5m.The pool has roman steps leading down to a depth of 1.5m.
A barbecue is provided for guests use. The patio which has
breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and golf course has a table and 6 chairs. There are also 4 sun loungers provided around the pool and a further four around the front of the property.
Guests also have use of the large communal swimming pool just 100 yards away from the villa, for those who enjoy a good workout.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are only 0.5 kilometres (20 minute stroll) away where you will find safe sandy bays for you to enjoy. The very popular horseshoe bay of Caleta de Fuste is only a further five minute walk away along the coastline. There is a free bus from the nearby Elba Palace Hotel if you don't fancy a walk.
Golf
The villa overlooks the 18th tee of the golf course which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. The club house and driving range are a couple of minutes walk from the house situated in the 5 star Elba Palace Hotel. A second golf course is situated right next door to the existing one.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is a 15 minute car or taxi ride away.
A car is not essential as there are beaches, bars and restaurants within walking distance, although hiring a car is recommended to see the rest of the island. If you don't drive, the local bus service is very good.
Distances
The nearest town of Caleta de Fuste is a few minutes drive away or a 30 minute walk. The Capital of the Island, Puerto Del Rosario is 20 minutes by car.
Further details
Shops, Restaurants and Beaches: The villa is a 20 minute stroll from the recently built Commercial Centre where you will find a Euro Spar for all your day to day needs, together with designer shops, jewellers and an array of restaurants which cater for all tastes.
The Centre also has a Bank, ten pin bowling and a multiplex cinema showing films in English and Spanish. If you don’t feel like a stroll there is the complimentary bus running approx every 25 minutes, to and from the nearby Elba Palace Hotel, which will take you down to the Centre or onto the heart of the town, where you will find even more shops and restaurants to tempt you.
Booking notes
Terms and Conditions: A booking deposit of £50 per person is required. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150 will be required on arrival and returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the house on your day of departure. Any breakages will be deducted.
The villa is non-smoking. Smokers are requested to smoke outside for the comfort of all our guests.
No children between the ages of 1 and 10 years of age.
No single sex bookings of more than 2 persons.
