Villa Alicia is in a quiet residential area of Lajares, which is less than a ten minute drive from the beautiful golden beaches of El Cotillo, and its famous fresh fish restaurants. Villa Alicia is designed to give you the best of both worlds. With both east and west facing garden terraces, it is ideal for soaking up the sun. Inside, the cool, grey tiled floor, high ceilings, and soft green furnishings are perfect to chill out in. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan and all overlook the secluded gardens. The family-sized swimming pool is heated and is surrounded by a large sun terrace. In Lajares village there is a supermarket, patisserie, newsagent, chemist, and bars & restaurants - all just a stroll away from Villa Alicia.

Car Hire is not essential but recommended. Various car hire companies have offices in the airport arrivals area.

Lajares village has a range of shops, including a supermarket, restaurants, bars and a cash machine.

Payment by bank transfer or Pay Pal is accepted. All rates quoted are subject to availability and number of guests.
20% deposit on booking. Balance payable 2 months prior to start of holiday. For late bookings full payment is required to confirm the booking.
