This spacious 2 bed apartment is well located for all amenities. The beautiful Las Cucharas beach is a 10 minute stroll away and the nearest shops and restaurants only 2 minutes away. Nearby is the island's only golf course and the water park - both only a 5 minute drive away. The balcony overlooks the sea and the town of Costa Teguise and is bathed in sunlight all day. The apartment is ideally situated for either a beach or sight-seeing holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The apartment is usually available from 1400 on your day of arrival and we ask you to vacate the apartment by 1000 on your day of departure. This is to allow our cleaning staff enough time to prepare for the next guests.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a double wardrobe. Both bedrooms have dressing tables and hairdryers. There are 2 folding beds in the main living area. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower fitted, bidet and toilet. There is wash basin and with illuminated mirror and electric razor socket. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted to UK standards with a full size electric oven and 4 ring ceramic hob with overhead extractor. There is also a microwave oven, toaster and full size fridge/freezer. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room is a secure private 'open' area which houses the water boiler and washing machine; this is an ideal place to hang any items you may have washed. |
| Living Rooms: | The large living room has satellite TV with english and spanish channels. You can relax during the evening on a pair of soft comfortable sofas. We also have a 6 seater dining table. |
| Other: | The living room also has a dvd player and mini hi-fi if you would like to take dvd's, cd's or tapes with you. In the sideboard there are lots of books that you are welcome to read and/or swap. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedding are changed every Thursday. Upon your arrival you will find 2 hand and 2 bath towels per person for your use during the week. |
Notes on accommodation
We have 2 fold-up beds which we keep in the living room for guest 5 and 6. Bedding and towels are provided for these guests in the same way as for guests 1 to 4.

Outside
The property is reached by approx 12 steps with handrails. The apartment has a balcony area equipped with sun loungers and dining table/chairs. The complex has a lovely shared pool set in a beautiful landscaped garden.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is a leisurely 10 min stroll to the Las Cucharas beach where there are diving and windsurfing schools and equipment hire.
Golf
The apartment is located 2km from the only golf course on the island; it takes 5 mins in a car or by taxi. The course is open to non-members and all equipment can be hired from the club. Expert tuition can also be obtained here. The '19th' overlooks the course with the sea and the mountains as a superb backdrop.
Travel
Arrecife airport is about a 15-20 min drive from the apartment. Taxis cost about 20 euros or we can arrange a pick you up for about the same price, this is ideal for larger parties. We have also experienced a wait of up to an hour at busy times for taxis, so perhaps the mini bus may suit you knowing that you will be met in person as you leave the arrival hall.
Distances
Nowhere is very far away on Lanzarote and you can travel from one end of the island to the other in about an hour if you have a car. Costa Teguise is home to the only Aquapark on the island and would make a great day out for the family, it is situated only 5 mins away in a car or by taxi. If you would like to journey a little further away then try a trip to Mirador del Rio. An amazing home cut into the side of the mountain about 650m above the sea and overlooking the island of La Graciosa .
Further details
The apartment is situated on a quiet complex of about 30. The nearest shops and restaurants are only 2 mins away but the hustle and bustle of the evening does not disturb you at the apartment. There is an amazing choice of restaurants that will suit every taste, ranging from English to Chinese to Morrocan to Indian and dont forget Spanish plus a few more besides.
Booking notes
Payment can be made by cheque. We ask for a non-returnable deposit of £100 for one week or £150 for a fortnight with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
