Casa Jade is a privately owned, beautifully designed villa, located in the exclusive and tranquil Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. It is within walking distance of the Old Town and Harbour, which has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Based on 4 people sharing. There is a further 3 bedroom villa available for rent next door. There will be a discount given of £100 off the price of the main villa when both villas are booked at the same time.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally a Thursday but due to the increase of daily flights from other airports, this day is flexible. Please contact owner.

Living Rooms: Lounge with leather sofas, large TV complete with Sky.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Linen, towels and sunbeds provided. Linen and towels exchanged weekly. No maid service provided.

It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach.

Travel
Los Mojones is 10km from the main airport of Arrecife. Transport time is approx 15 mins. Car hire is not essential. Transport can be provided at a small charge from the airport or Taxi are readily available outside the airport.

Distances
It is 10 mins walk to the Old Town and harbour which has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, shops and a beach.

Further details
People wishing to holiday together, but also wanting their own independence, there is a superb 3 bedroom villa next door which can also be rented. There is a gate linking both villas together.

£100 non refundable deposit is required per week on confirmation of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
