This fantastic frontline villa, now fully air conditioned, has been fully refurbished to exacting standards with marble flooring throughout. There are views across the marina and harbour of Puerto Colon towards La Gomera as well as panoramic views across the bay of Las Americas towards the adjoining resort of Los Cristianos. The villa borders on the Geranium Walkway, which leads on the right to La Pinta (Bobo Beach) onto Playa Del Duque and La Caleta, or on the left to the centre of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring Resort of Los Cristianos. the Villa is an exclusive development offering 3 swimming pools (one heated) and pool bar. The beach is a few minutes walk from the villa as are the many clubs, bars and restaurants of Las Americas.

Outside
Maintained private garden area to the front and side of the villa with access from the upstairs balcony and from the lower terrace offers shaded and sunny areas.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach 5 minutes walk from the front of the villa. The marina (directly opposite the villa) offers day trips and charters, including fishing trips and trips to see dolphins, whales in their natural habitat.
Golf
The villa is ideally situated within a short taxi/car ride (15-20 mins)to 5 golf courses within or adjoining the resort.
Travel
Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) airport is a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the villa (cost approximately 20 Euros). Car Hire is not required, however there are numerous car hiring agents available in the resort if required.
Distances
Sightseeing trips are available to Mount Teide (the highest mountain in Spain) as well as to other towns and areas of interest around Tenerife. There is a waterpark (Aqualand) a short walk from the villa or 5 mins away by taxi. A taxi rank is adjacent to the complex.
Further details
Tenerife is a unique island with excellent weather all year round. This villa is in an excellent location and offers an unique alternative to 4 and 5 star hotel accommodation. Shops, bars, restaurants and banks are within walking distance and you have a choice on whether to have a lively action packed holiday or a relaxing quiet one. If you enjoy dining out there are many fabulous restaurants in the resort - a list of recommendations will be provided on booking! We had a great time in Tenerife and the villa was fantastic. It was everything I thought it would be from the way it was described in the website and from photos. We had no complaints at all.
