Casa Caleta is situated on the exclusive, gated complex of Amuley Mar I, set in a peaceful location in the centre of Costa Caleta. The 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties surround a fabulous heated communal pool set in wonderful landscaped gardens. The beautiful horseshoe bay of the main Caleta beach is just 5-10 mins walk away, as is the excellent selection of fine bars and restaurants in the centre of Caleta. There is a choice of 2 golf courses, one of which was host to the Spanish Open in 2004, just 5 mins drive away. The location is perfect! As the property is a corner plot, it has the advantage of a very large corner patio which bathes in sunshine all day long and a beautiful cactus garden with table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.

Notes on prices
For parties of 4 guests or less, the property is let as a 2-bedroom. Should a small party require the 3rd bedroom, please advise at the time of booking, but it will incur an extra charge of £40/week.Children under the age of 5 years are free of charge. Special offers will be available from time to time. Please ask for details.
Changeover day
The most popular changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday. However, this is flexible. The property is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, this is also flexible.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and linen are included. Please provide your own beach towels. The property is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. For a 2 week stay a mid-week clean is also provided. If you require the travel cot, please bring your own cot bedding. |
Notes on accommodation
Ceiling fans are provided in all rooms to keep you comfortable. Cot, highchair, buggy can be provided upon request at no extra cost. Sorry, but no smoking is allowed inside the property. No single sex parties except upon prior approval.

Coast/Beach
There are more beaches in Fuerteventura than there are days in the year. Should you decide to hire a car and explore a little of the Island, it is a beach-lover's paradise!
Golf
There are 2 superb Golf Courses in Caleta, just 5 mins drive away. One of the courses was host to the Spanish Open in 2004.
Travel
The property is located just 10 mins. drive from the airport. A taxi costs approx 12 euros. Car hire is not essential.
Further details
There is a multitude of good quality restaurants in Caleta to cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and fish are particularly good with Portuguese, Greek, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Spanish and of course English restaurants to choose from. The nearby main Caleta beach is perfectly safe for young children to play with plenty of space to enjoy ball games. A multitude of water sports and activities are available from the harbour. The centre of Caleta provides mini-golf, tennis courts, trampoline, children’s play areas to name just a few. A brand new shopping complex, the Atlantico Centre, is just 5 mins drive away which includes a multi screen cinema and bowling alley. Behind the shopping complex you will find the Atlantico Beach, which is made up of 4/5 lagoon style bays and perfectly safe bathing for children. There is also a new water park approx 30 mins drive away in nearby Corralejo.
Booking notes
At the time of booking we would require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The balance would then be due 8 weeks prior to departure. We also request a £100 refundable damage deposit.

"The house was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/utensils etc. Great to have the use of a washing machine especially with a toddler and there were plenty of towels in all bedrooms. It was almost like home from home. The patio was great, very spacious. The complex was very clean and the pool was good too. The location of the house was perfect, close to all amenities, beach, restaurants etc. Wendy and Ken were really nice and very helpful. I would recommend the house to anyone and we wouldn't hesitate in returning. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and look forward to returning in the near future."
