The villa has a spacious living area with patio doors leading onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool and has sea views. Upstairs there is a double master bedroom and twin bedroom with balcony, both with fitted wardrobes. There is a further fully furnished twin bedroom downstairs. The villa comprises 2 family bathrooms each with bath and shower and a fully fitted kitchen with adjoining laundry room. The villa has 2 designated parking spaces. Whilst offering the opportunity of a quiet relaxing holiday, its location gives easy access to fun packed water sports and the islands only golf club and water park, both only five minutes drive away. The islands main tourist attractions are all easily accessible from Costa Teguise.

Notes on prices
All prices are in UK pounds per week based on 4 people sharing. Additional guests are charged at £25 per person week. Discounts on three weeks or more.

Changeover day
Changeovers are flexible, although most flights from the UK arrive on a Thursday. The property is available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The usual departure time is 10am although we try to be flexible wherever possible.

Bedrooms: Upstairs there is one double master bedroom and a twin bedroom with balcony, both with sea views. There are fitted wardrobes in each.
There is also a fully furnished twin bedroom downstairs.
Bathrooms: There are 2 family bathrooms, 1 downstairs, one upstairs, both with washbasin, bath, shower, WC and bidet.

Kitchen: There is a well equipped fully fitted kitchen. Facilities include fridge/freezer, full oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
Utility Room: There is an outdoor (part covered) laundry at the rear of the property with washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The bright and airy living area is furnished with large comfortable sofas and an armchair. A television, DVD player and stereo with CD, radio, casette are provided should you choose to relax indoors. The dining area includes a large pull-out dining table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property is cared for by our managing agents and they are easily contactable should you encounter any problems during your stay. The property will be cleaned for your arrival and full weekly linen change is included for stays longer than a week.

 

Notes on accommodation
A welcome pack is provided on arrival. A cot, highchair and stair gates are provided for families with small children. There is no extra charge for these facilities. An additional cot and / or folding beds can also be provided at a small extra cost, increasing the sleeping capacity to 8. There is an oil filled electric radiator provided for those cooler winter evenings and a safe is provided for your valuables, both free of charge.

Accessibility
The rear of the property is accessible from street level. There is car parking right outside the door. The front of the property can be reached via a ramp and walkway, with two steps up to the front terrace. There is either a ramp or steps down to the pool area accessible from either the front or rear of the property.

Outside
There is a fully furnished terrace adjoining the lounge with table, chairs and umbrella - ideal for alfresco dining. Deckchairs and sunbeds are provided for relaxing in the sun. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool area which is easily accessible via steps or a ramp. There is a small balcony upstairs, accessible from the twin bedroom. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided at the rear of the property.

Coast/Beach
The property is less than a 10 mins stroll from the golden sandy beach of Las Cucharas where windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving and other water sports are available.

Golf
Costa Teguise has the benefit of the islands only golf course, only a 5 minute drive away. The course is open to non-members and equipment can be hired from the club.

Travel
There are flights to Lanzarote from most UK airports, with the majority of flights departing on a Thursday. The flight time to Arrecife is approx 4 hours. Easyjet offers scheduled flights from Gatwick, and Monarch offers scheduled flights from Luton. The property is a 15-20 min drive from the airport. Car hire is available at the airport, although not essential. One local car hire firm we use is Auto Reisen.

Distances
The islands main tourist attractions are easily accessible from Costa Teguise. A trip to the Montañas del Fuego in Timanfaya National Park is a must. In the north of the island there’s the Mirador del Río with sheer cliffs 1000ft high, Jameos del Agua and the Cuevas de las Verdes. The hustle and bustle of Teguise’s Sunday market is a favourite for visitors seeking a bargain and is only a ten minute drive away. In the south, the renowned natural beaches of Papagayo are also worth a visit.

Further details
There is an abundance of good restaurants in Costa Teguise and further afield. We enjoy the seafood at Arrieta and Orzola in the north of the island. Lunch at Orzola can be coupled with a boat trip to La Graciosa, or combine lunch with kite flying on the beautiful beach at Famara. Another favourite of ours is a visit to Puerto Calero with restaurants overlooking the marina, where it is also possible to book a day trip on a catamaran or a submarine safari.

Booking notes
Payments can be made by cheque or by automated balance transfer. A non-refundable deposit of £100 will secure a booking, with the balance being due eight weeks before departure.
