Casa Domingo is a privately owned, beautifully designed villa, situated in the exclusive and tranquil Los Mojones area Puerto Del Carmen. The villa is within walking distance of the old town and harbour, where there is an excellent choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The long sandy beach of Puerto Del Carmen is nearby. The villa takes upto 6 persons, however for those wishing to holiday together, but also wanting their own independence, there is a superb 2 bedroom villa next door which can also be rented.

Please note there is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa next door with its own heated pool which can be rented. There will be a discount given of £100 per week off the main villa when both villas are booked at the same time. For further details please ask on the e-mail given.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally a Thursday but due to the increase of daily flights from other airports this day is flexible. Please contact owner.

| Living Rooms: | From the hallway there are steps leading upto the fully furnished lounge. There are comfortable leather settees, TV with some satellite channels, DVD player, coffee table, and additional furniture. There are french doors leading out to a balcony. |
| Other: | The 3 bedrooms downstairs lead of the hall. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and Linen are included and are changed weekly. Sunbeds are also provided. There is no maid service. |

Outside
Casa Domingo has a private fully heated swimming pool with Roman steps into the pool itself. Pool depths are 1.0m shallow end and 1.4m deep end. The spacious sun terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sunbeds and a bbq for those wishing to try their hands at cooking alfresco. There are pretty gardens surrounding the patio area.
Coast/Beach
It is a 10min walk to the nearest sandy beach.
Travel
Los Mojones is 10km from the main airport of Arrecife.
Transport time is approximately 15mins.
Car Hire is not essential.
Distances
It is 10mins walk to the old town and harbour which has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.
Further details
People wishing to holiday together but also wanting their own independence, there is a superb 2 bedroom villa next door which can also be rented. There is a gate linking both properties together.
