| Kitchen: | Beautifully fitted with granite worktops and oak units, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, modern, stylish dinner ware, everything you need for a dinner party with friends. |
| Utility Room: | If any one will use this ! (washer, clothes line, ironing board, iron), lilos, fishing nets, boats, buckets and spades, pool alarm(the best there is for safety for the non-swimmers), disco light for the pool, don't fetch anything its all here. |
| Living Rooms: | Large leather corner sofa seating 8, full Sky package (sports, films, kids etc), DVD, CD, radio, Ipod. Large selection of books, DVD’s and CDs. This room overlooks the garden and terrace and pool, great for chilling if you have a night in. |
| Other: | For young children, we have safety gates fitted at top and bottom of the stairs. We have the turtle pool alarm [a wristband you attach to the little ones' wrist, should they fall into the pool, the loud alarm goes off], we have 2 of these, free of charge. |

Bed linen and towels included apart from beach towels, beds changed middle week for 2 week stay. A basic clean can be arranged at an extra charge. Welcome pack. |

Heated pool. Large sunken top of the range spa jacuzzi (for up to 8 people), premiership pool table, BBQ, undercover alfresco dining. Comfy sofa/armchairs, coffee table overlooking gardens, blinds that pull down for those cooler evenings. Sunbeds, parasols. Totaly private. Patio heating. We have a top of the range gas BBQ, great for roasting chickens etc. Also a great outside drinks chiller.
Coast/Beach
1 minute to seafront. 5 mins drive to nearest local beach. 10 mins drive to Papagayo beaches which are amazing.
Golf
Outside heated pool to 32 degrees 8x5m (brand new top of the range pool heater) jacuzzi, [also heated] patio areas with BBQ, sea views and 6 sunbeds. The pool has a rail to help elderly/people with disabilities in and out. Upstairs there is a large balcony with 2 sunbeds, table and chairs. A security alarm is fitted for your peace of mind. Outdoor sofa, coffee table and arm chairs, 6 luxury sunbeds /parasols.
Travel
Arrecefe airport 35 mins drive.
Distances
Local shops, bars supermarket, cafes a 2 minute walk. the sea is a one minute walk ,Playa Blanca 4-5mins drive or 30 mins walk. Marina Rubicon 5-6 mins drive.
Further details
Casa Beluka is a perfect spot, you are near to the sea and a few local restaurants/bars and just a short drive away from Playa Blanca. The villa is totally child friendly, we have tried to think of every area ensuring your childs safety, with plenty of things for them to do, whilst you have a rest.
For babies: cot, high chair, musical baby rocker, bath seat, changng mat, mamas and pappas play mat with mobile over, baby monitor, steam sterlizer, all are immaculate. Plenty of cot bedding left out for you.
For toddlers: pool alarm, stair gates, dolls pram, play kitchen, cars, books, DVDs etc.
