A well furnished and maintained apartment with three double bedrooms,one en-suite and further shower room. Separate lounge diner and separate kitchen with utility room off. Located in a fairly quiet location on the Golf Del Sur, about 5 minutes walk to the sea, harbour, bars and restaurants. There is evening entertainment locally, however there is just one nightclub about fifteen minutes walk away, it is ideally suited to families or those looking for a more peaceful holiday.

Changeover day
Flexible. Normal check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. As this is a privately owned apartment, where possible we will try and accommodate guests if they have early or late flights respectively.

The complex has a shared pool which is heated in the winter months.

Coast/Beach
The sea front is about 5 minutes walk away. There is a small stretch of black sand as is typical in Tenerife and lots of rocky/shingly beach for exploring. There is a coastal path which you can take and walk to the lovely fishing village of Los Abrigos.

Golf
A Championship Golf Course if located 15 minutes walk away or two to three minutes in a car.

Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife South, it is only 10 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended if you want to see some of the island, however, taxis are readily available at the airport and will cost about 20 euros to take you to the apartment.

Las Americas about 20 mins
Los Gigantes about 45 minutes
Mount Teide about 2 hours

Further details
There are plenty of good bars and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. The village centre is about a 20 minute walk. There is a little shop on site and mini markets within a few minutes walk. There is a Supermarket in the village centre.

Booking notes
25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance to be paid four weeks before departure.
