The apartment is situated in a small and well kept, quiet complex. There are two pools on two different levels, one for children. From the balcony there are views of the harbour and the island of Fuertaventura.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Thursday, but other booking on other days may be possible.

| Living Rooms: | Living room with settee and two armchairs, Satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's. Radio/cassette player. Bookshelves with plenty of books. |

Towels and linen included, cleaning service, towels and bed linen changed once a week. Apartment to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. |

There are 2 fans and a small heater. A hairdryer, curling tongs and straighteners are available. Board games, cards, dominoes provided, plus guide book and maps of Lanzarote.

Accessibility
The apartment is accessable by several steps and is therefore unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Outside
The south facing balcony has a table and 4 chairs looking out to sea. There is a swimming pool with plenty of sunloungers and sea views. On a separate level there is a children’s pool with waterfall and again plenty of sunloungers. The complex is well kept and very clean.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach 10 mins walk away where there are a variety of water sports - paragliding, jet skis, diving (also a diving school) and excellent snorkelling. From the harbour boat trips can be booked including glass bottom boat and submarine. The main beach of Puerto del Carmen is a further 5 mins walk and is adjacent to the 'strip', a 2 mile stretch of restaurants, bars and shops.
Golf
The nearest golf course is 5 mins drive from the apartment and there is another course in Teguise (20 mins drive away). There are also 3 golf courses in Fuertaventura, reached via a 15 min car ferry crossing from Playa Blanca or a 30 or 40 mins ferry from Puerto del Carmen harbour.
Travel
The airport is about 15 mins drive and a taxi costs about 15 euros. Car hire is not necessary, although there are many interesting places to visit on the island.
Further details
Around the harbour area, about 3 mins walk from the apartment, there are some of the best restaurants on the island.
Booking notes
A deposit of £50 is required to confirm the booking and the balance should be sent 6 weeks before departure.
