Three bedroom villa sleeps 2/7, situated right on the championship golf course, overlooking large communal swimming pool and paddling pool, where a toilet block, showers and sunbeds are situated. Ideal for families with plenty of attractions nearby, and within walking distance of Caleta de Fuste centre with several beautiful, safe, sandy beaches. An excellent location for golfers or family holidays.

Changeover day
Changeover is flexible, but is usually a Wednesday or Saturday.

Towels and linen are included, the property is cleaned and linen changed at end of stay, but a mid stay clean can be arranged locally if required. |
Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans and mosquito nets in all the bedrooms and living room. The property is very suitable for children as it has a locked gate on the front and is surrounded with fencing. A highchair and cot is available free of charge. For your peace of mind there is a safe fitted. Wireless internet is available and can be used with pre paid vouchers or payable online locally. Please note check in is usually after 3pm and check out at 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Outside
Outside there are several patio areas with views of the swimming pool and sea beyond, it has a large table with 6 chairs and plenty of sunbeds and a BBQ for your enjoyment. Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies with views.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to the nearest sandy beach, set behind the Atlantico shopping centre, ideal for children with camel rides and pedloes available to hire. 20 mins walk to the main resort and beach which has boat trips, jet skis for hire and other activities.
Golf
To the right of the villa and only a 5 min walk is the challenging 18 hole golf course. The course is set around palm trees and lakes and is a great test for any golf fanatic. There is also a driving range and golf shop, golf clubs, trolleys and buggies are also available for hire. From September 2006 there will be another golf course opening which is situated next door to the golf resort!
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is only a 10 minute drive away and car hire is not essential as taxis are available from the airport and are not expensive.
Distances
Ideally situated to explore Jandia to the south (approx 45 mins) or Correlejo to the north (approx 30 mins).
Further details
The nearest shopping centre is the Atlantico, which is a 10 min walk and provides a Spar supermarket, bank, several restaurants and eateries, tenpin bowling and a cinema is also situated here.
Booking notes
£100 paid at time of booking, followed by balance on arrival. A £100 breakage deposit is required on arrival and returned on your departure day.
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance, as the owners accept no liability for any loss, injury or accidents during your stay.
