Casa Catarina apartment is situated on small private complex, with a short 5 mins walk to the safe sandy beach of Caleta. The apartment is ideal for those who want a relaxing break in the sun, within walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Accommodation comprises of a large lounge with kitchen area, breakfast bar patio area. Upstairs there is a small utility area, double bedroom leading onto the balcony, and bathroom with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, wc.

Notes on prices
Prices are based on two sharing, £20 extra per person. For long lets prices negotiable. 10 night stays also available at reduced price. Please add on £30 per week for xmas and new year.
Changeover day
Changeover days flexible, arrival 3pm, depart by 10am. Late check out may be available please enquire when you book.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on small quiet complex only about 8 properties in all, very quiet complex peaceful and relaxing to sit out on patio area, or balcony in the evening. Their is also a portable fan heater if you wish to use it in the cooler evenings.

Outside
The apartment has private patio area with patio furniture, great for sitting out first thing in the morning for breakfast, the upstairs balcony also has patio furniture, where you can sit and relax. Please ask about nearest swimming pool facilities.
Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to safe golden sandy beach which is great for kids. Sun beds and umbrellas may be hired on the beach, windsurfing, jetskiing etc are all available. Round at the harbour you will be able to book any boat trips. Don't miss the lively Saturday market.
Golf
Fuerteventura golf club is a new 18 hole championship course which held the spanish open in 2004. The golf course also boasts a 5 star clubhouse, driving range, chipping area, practice bunker and putting green. There is a large pro-shop where buggies, trolleys and clubs can be hired. 5 minute car drive away from apartment.
Travel
15 mins car or taxi ride from Puerto Del Rosario airport. Due to Caleta's location car hire is not essential but is widely available if required. Airport pick-up and drop off service available we would recommend you use this service as in busy times you can be waiting for half an hour for a taxi, our manager will pick you up and take you to the apartment and collect you for your return home.
Distances
The apartment is in the heart of the resort a few mins away from bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Caleta has an excellent bus service that will take you to the north or south of the island.
Further details
The Atlantico centre a large shopping centre open every day is about a 15-20 minute walk away, which has 10-pin bowling, cinema, restaurants and snack bars, kids attractions, also has lovely beaches and a large supermarket with more choice. Take a trip to Puerto Del Rosario their you will find the las Rotondas shopping centre with 3 floors of shops well worth a visit.Oasis park zoo is a great day out for all ages . Another great day out is the trip to Lanzarote to fire mountain , or the water park in Corralejo . In the main resort you will have a great choice of restaurants to cater for all tastes be it spanish, english ,chinese,mexican,and lots more on offer. There are plenty bars in the resort from the quiet ones where you can sit and relax, to the karaoke bars which are good fun.Most of the bars cater for family entertainment. If youd like to tour the island the bus service is very good and cheap or you can hire a car and stop of in some of the small villages which are lovely.
Booking notes
£50 (non-refundable) per week booking deposit to secure your booking, with the final payment 6 weeks before your departure (non refundable) also a £50 damage/breakage deposit which is refundable on your return if everything in order.

Just returned from a fabulous week in the apartment, really pleased with the cleanliness and situation of the apartment in the centre of the resort, plenty bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, with the beach a 5 minute walk away. Pam & Steve Cheshire Jan 2008.
The apartment was great the photographs did not exaggerate at all,there was everything in the apartment you could possibly need, it was very central for bars, restaurants and shops, the beach was 5 minutes away. Your helpful information before we arrived was much appreciated, Shelagh could not have been more helpful and friendly she made us feel very welcome, we would not hesitate to book again when we return to Fuerteventura.
