Changeover day

| Living Rooms: | Bed settee, makes into double bed. dining table with 2 chairs, wall unit, TV and DVD player, small front terrace, with chairs and table, 5 steps away from pool, watch the kids without leaving your chair. |

Linen changed weekly, mid week change possible at extra cost. (20 euros) hand, bath and beach towels provided. Welcome pack included. Water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, 1 bottle wine, 6 pack of beer. |

Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to safe sheltered beach, shopping centre within 200 yds. Phone kiosk at complex entrance with instructions in English.
Golf
International golf course 10 mins walk away.
Travel
10 mins drive from airport (10 euros in taxi if you can get one), bus stop 100 yards away. Bus service every 30 minutes. Airport pick-up and drop off possible, 40 euros return. Wednesdays and Saturdays are very busy at the airport. If you are planning to get a taxi, expect to wait probably half hour. If you're not hiring a car at the airport, we suggest you take advantage of the pick up service.

Very close to all amenities, yet far enough away to be quiet. Call box at entrance to complex. Taxi rank 150 yards. Nearest shops 150 yards.
Booking notes
20% deposit required on booking. Remainder within 6 weeks of arrival paid into UK bank. Refundable security deposit also required, 100 euros. Please provide flight details when confirming booking.
