This luxury apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers all the amenities for a self-catering holiday. It has 2 balconies and table and chairs for eating outdoors. The apartment faces out onto National Park and is therefore not overlooked and offers a quiet location. The grounds have a paddle tennis court which is free for all residents.

| Living Rooms: | The living room has a double sofa bed. There is a TV and DVD player as well as CD radio player available. We leave books and some games for your entertainment. Please take your own DVDs. |
| Other: | The dining area has a table and chairs for up to 4 people. There are 2 outside balconies, one with patio table and 4 chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath and hand towels and linen are provided and the apartment is cleaned before and after occupancy. No beach towels provided. |

This is a second floor property on one level.
Outside
There is a shared pool with sun loungers, tennis court and lovely landscaped cactus gardens around the perimeter of the complex.
Coast/Beach
A lovely sandy beach can be reached in 5-10 mins on foot, perfect for children as the water is quite shallow. The harbour is a little further but offers sightseeing and whale watching trips.
Golf
2 golf courses Caleta de Fuste is one mile away and recently hosted the Spanish Open. A second one called Las Salinas is two miles away. There is a taxi rank 250 yds walk from the
apartment for easy access to the courses.
Travel
The airport is only 10 mins by taxi and costs 8-10 euros. There is a bus stop a few mins walk from where you can reach most of the towns on the island.
Further details
The resort offers a beautiful Balnearia thermal spa with
whirl pools, steam rooms and jacuzzis. There is also mini-golf and tennis courts. Why not take the bus to Puerto del Rosario where there is an indoor shopping mall called Las Rotundas. Or take a windsurfing course in the bay of Caleta de Fuste.
Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. We require a security deposit of £100 which is refundable after the stay.
