‘Las Brisas’ is situated in a quiet area only 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen and the beach. It is a two minute walk to the supermarket and it is less than a 15 minute drive from the airport. The villa benefits from 2 double bedded rooms and a twin room with 2 fully tiled separate bathrooms. There is a well furnished lounge dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, music centre and a selection of games books and films. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a separate drying area with washing machine. We provide hairdryers, fans, and a security safe all at no extra charge as well as a cot and highchair. The sliding doors lead to a large patio and barbque area. Here you will find plenty of space for a heated 7m x 4m pool, which is not overlooked and enjoys the sun all day long, a patio table and 8 sunbeds. The master bedroom has its own large balcony with sea view and sunbeds.
