We have several beautiful 1 bedroom bungalows on the well known and loved 'Playa Park' Complex (close to the San Antonio Hotel.) All are quietly situated in tropical well maintained gardens, extremely near to the beach and Puerto Del Carmen's main attractions. There is roadside parking immediately outside and fantastic evening entertainment just moments away. Car hire is not necessary as all of your holiday requirements are practically on your doorstep! These include, Beaches, bars, shops, doctors, laundry, park, car hire and the fantastic "Rancho Texas Theme Park". An ideal location with lovely accommodation suitable for all, with many guests returning year after year. As owners living on the island, we are here for you and are on hand to offer good service, advice and information. All bungalows are located within seconds of each other and some are just next door. Making them ideal to rent separately or together for larger families and groups.

| You will feel very much at home in this spacious bungalow. It has a back bedroom with large 3/4 size twin beds & modern fitted wardrobes, a safe is fitted for your valuables. The shower room is large and very attractive, the double sized walk in shower is perfect for rinsing the sand off your legs after a relaxing day at the beach. In the lounge is a large sofa & chair with further sleeping facilities for 2 more guests. A large TV, Satellite & DVD/CD player are installed. The kitchen area with breakfast bar has all you need to make a snack for lunch before hitting the pool deck for the afternoon, all usual mod cons are installed along with ample plates, saucepans and utencils. Outside on the sunny terrace it is always a pleasure to sit on the comfy padded sunchairs for breakfast & with the nearest supermarket just 2 mins away, fresh rolls & juice are always available! | |

Notes on accommodation
If you are looking for a low cost but very beautiful holiday accommodation, then you will not be disappointed. Although the bungalows are suitable for families with children, this complex is quiet and seldom packed as all properties are privately owned and some are kept solely for the owners personal use whilst others are available for year round rental. This means that sunbeds by the pool are readily available and the area is peaceful and pretty. Across the road in Las Adelfas there is a superb family bar which has the best entertainment and food I have seen, the owners are friendly and welcoming to all of Playa Parks residents and holiday makers alike. A short walk of les than 10 minutes will take you into Puerto del Carmen, where you will find an array of superb restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a top class casino. No wonder guests come back year after year to enjoy the sunshine and friendliness that Lanzarote offers.
Accessibility
These properties and the complex of Playa Park is suitable for the very young and the elderly as there are no hills to climb and all properties have only 1 step up onto the terrace.
Outside
The tropical well maintained gardens, are attractive with well lit paths to walk on, so no peacon in your shoes. The outside terrace has a key safe and extreior light so no need to fumble in the dark when you return from the Las Adelfas bar in the early hours! The terrace has padded chairs, table and clothes airer and is a good sized space to sit and read. The Playa Park complex is quiet and safe and consists of just 46 privately owned bungalows with CCTV security cameras installed for added security. The pool is heated for year round comfort and there is also a separate children's pool, sun loungers are padded. The complex has a sister complex across the road again with heated pool, pool bar and restaurant that may also be used by our guests.
Coast/Beach
The bungalows are ideally situated just a 2 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, bar, car hire and doctors.
Golf
There is a fine golf course in Costa Teguise (20 mins car ride) and our very own golf course is under construction due to open soon.
Travel
Arrecife airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride. Car hire is not necessary but is recommended if you wish to explore this unusual and beautiful island.
Distances
Within a 10 minute leisurely stroll is Lanzarote's most famous theme park "Rancho Texas" this is a very popular day out for adults and children alike.
Further details
Puerto Del Carmen offers fantastic beaches, various water sports/rides, scuba diving, boat trips, children's play-park, bungee trampolines, mini golf, shops, bars, cafes, fun-pubs, restaurants and nightclubs. This location is suitable for families and couples and is ideal for getting away from it all.
Also, nearby is a fantasic waterpark, get there by car (20 mins) or by bus from designated pick up points.
If you like horses you may like to visit the "Caballo" - local stables where you'll find all that you need, horseback riding, camel rides, riding lessons, games etc.
