The apartments have been fully refurbished to a high standard and iare located in front line and prime positions on the complex. They have balconies overlooking the harbour and across the sea to the island of Fuerteventura. It is highly recommended to bring binoculars as you will see Cruise Liners, yachts, Dolphins and possibly even whales from the apartment balconies. The complex is well situated in the Old Town and is a 3 minute walk away from the Harbour restaurants, bars and shops. The main beach is 10 minutes walk and a smaller beach 5 minute walk. All water sports are catered for and a ferry leaves each day from the harbour to Fuerteventura and one to the marina at Port Calero.

NB. Even if the dates you want are shown as booked, we can probably find alternative accommodation with good sea views on the same complex.
Changeover day
Thursday is the normal change over day but we are flexible with the dates as much as possible. NB The availability calendar shows when both apartments are booked.

| Kitchen: | Kitchenette with double hob, fridge, all necessary utensils and microwave oven. |
| Other: | The balcony has sun beds to relax in the sun and table and chairs to dine out and admire the view. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service is provided once a week to change towels and replace the linen. Two bath towels, two hand towels, dish cloths and tea towels are provided as well as linen for the beds. |
Notes on accommodation
Children under 12 years are not accepted.
Accessibility
The apartments are not suitable for the elderly or disabled as there are a number of steps up to the apartments.
Outside
There is a bar available on the complex which is open from 10.00 am - 7.00 pm and a large sun terrace with sunbeds. There is a top and bottom pool connected with a slide, the top pool is suitable for children.
Coast/Beach
The main sandy beach is 10 mins walk and there is a smaller sandy beach 5 mins walk.
Travel
The airport is 15 mins by car. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
Arriceffe, which is the capital is 15 mins away by car.
Booking notes
Bookings will be taken with 20% deposit and confirmation of flight information. Balance to be paid six weeks before the holiday. Unfortunately we can not refund deposits for cancelled bookings.
