Sunset Villa has been let long term and reasonable rates can be negotiated. For short term Sunset offers unique accommodation for large groups such as two families, golfing, cricket, fishing, diving, touring, sunbathing and wedding parties. All together in one very spacious air conditioned villa. Therefore reducing accommodation costs dramatically. There is plenty of space with a massive sundeck incorporating a full size swimming pool. Also available, separate laundry room with washing machine. Shops, supermarket, restaurants, bank, and bars are located within Jolly Harbour a few minutes walk from Sunset villa. Jolly beach is only a 10 minute stroll through tropical gardens and is one of Antigua's best beaches with many water sports available. Notes on prices
Airport taxi transfers from/to V C Bird International Airport are included in the weekly rental price as is a weekly maid service. Additional maid visits can be arranged in advance at a cost of $100 USD each. The villa is also fully air conditioned and again this is included in the price. Deposit to secure booking is 25% with the balance payable 10 weeks before arrival date. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer full details available via email. Security deposit $200 USD.

Notes on accommodation
Contained within the main villa there are four super size bedrooms, three fitted with patio doors leading straight out onto the sun deck. One with a widow. All doors are fitted with accordion type storm shutters and windows with colonial slat type shutters and fly nets. The property is both alarmed and secure. And for that extra peace of mind and comfort there is friendly, 24 hour on site security. This unique villa also boasts a very spacious and extremely cosy guest cottage, tucked nicely away in the garden accommodating any private guests you may wish to invite. Coast/Beach
The beach is a 10 minute walk through tropical scenery along flat ground and must be one of the best beaches in the world with its pure white sand, pelicans diving into the turquoise sea quiet and peaceful with friendly locals abound. One restaurant has a steel band that plays one afternoon a week.

A 5 minute walk gives access to a bank, supermarket, chemist, restaurants, bars, sports center (tennis courts, table football, squash courts, darts, sports TV, swimming pool). Weekly membership just a few dollars.

The restored Nelson's Dockyard at English Harbour is a prime example of this and sugar mills and plantation houses dot the island. Inland to wards the southwest is an unspoiled rain forest interspersed with picturesque villages, an island once visited you will want to return again and again.
