Villa Soleil is a magnificent newly built, spacious light and airy 3 bedroom house with a cottage in the same grounds, containing two superb 1 bedroom apartments and private pool and sun terraces. These are available separately, or as a whole, at any time of year. Designed to take advantage of the stunning views of the surrounding area and sea view from it's unique balcony, Villa Soleil is situated just below the world famous Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort and within easy reach of Holetown. The upper floor consists of a Master bedroom, lounge and dining area, all opening out via french doors, onto a wrap around balcony, adding to the spaciousness and through which come soothing tropical breezes. Separate kitchen and utility room. The lower floor has 2 large bedrooms with their own terraces, a beautiful reception hall and a separate powder room. All bedrooms are ensuite, with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Linen and towels are provided, including beach towels.

Bedrooms: Ground floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 twin bed with fitted closets and telephone, 1 king size bed (can be made into twin) with fitted closets, dressing room and telephone. Both have private patios.
1st floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, chaise lounge, large dressing room and telephone. French doors onto balcony.
Bathrooms: All en-suite with showers and vanity basins set in granite countertops. The master bathroom has his/hers vanity basins and unique glass walled shower.
Separate cloakroom/WC and vanity unit.
Kitchen: Fully fitted with granite worktops, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, island electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender.
Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board.
Living rooms: The lounge/dining area has a vaulted ceiling with mezzanine. Two sofas, armchair and rocking chairs provided together with Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, telephone and internet connection

Notes on accommodation
The house and apartments are ideal for a group of family or friends. The living area in the house with its high vaulted ceiling and doors onto the wrap around balcony allow cool breezes to flow through. If you are the stay at home do nothing disposition, the Villa and it's beautiful grounds, offer different ways of relaxing, depending on the time of day, but chilling out on the balcony watching the sunset, with your favourite cocktail, is an experience not to be forgotten. Our Manager Jean-Paul Skeete will be at your disposal throughout your stay to ensure that you will have a wonderful holiday in this fantastic location and be able to advise places of interest should you so require. He also oversees our maid service 3 days a week, more can be arranged at your request.
Safes are provided in the house and cottage.
The property is not suitable for very young children or those requiring strict supervision.
Please note this is a "No Smoking" property.

Accessibility
The Villa has stairs up to the front door and a flight of stairs inside. Also there are stairs down to the pool, we would not recommend it for wheelchair users.

Outside
Private swimming pool with 2 sun decks, surrounded by lush tropical plants. Loungers are provided with cushions and umbrellas. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs on the upper deck. Outside drying area with rotary dryer. The property has entrance gates with inside parking for 3/4 cars.

Coast/Beach
The local beach is within 10 minutes walk, or 2/3 minutes by car. Access is adjacent the Colony Club Hotel. Most watersports are available and it is a lovely bay to swim in. There are several other beautiful beaches nearby within a short driving distance.

Golf
The nearest to the Villa is the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, within 1 mile and Sandy Lane which is within a 10 minute drive. Both of these are world class courses. Barbados Golf Club is approx. 35 mins. drive away.

Travel
Grantley Adams International Airport is approx. 45 mins drive to the Villa. Car hire is not essential but desirable. There are, however, good local bus services and taxis are easily available. Car hire can be arranged.

Distances
Holetown is the nearest town, which is 5 mins. drive. Speightstown is approx. 15 mins drive. Bridgetown can take between 20 mins & 30 mins depending on time of day. There are a number of attractions within easy reach.

Further details
Within easy access of Holetown where every amenity is available, including superb restaurants, shops, beach, water sports, tennis etc. There is also a shopping mall, duty free shopping, chattel village, banks, post office and petrol station. For fine dining Tides, The Cliff, Lone Star, Sandy Lane and any of the hotels are nearby. In particular Sunday buffet at The Coral Reef Club is excellent. There are also two excellent beach bars in Holetown where you can enjoy the end of day buzz.
There is plenty to do in Barbados, Horse Racing at the Garrison Savannah is very exciting with a lot of local interest. The Jazz Festival in January and excursions to the Flower Forest, Plantation Houses and trips around the island to the rough East Coast are all recommended. For the more adventurous there are safari tours, helicopter trips and deep sea fishing out of Bridgetown.

Booking notes
25% non refundable deposit required to confirm booking, balance due no later than six weeks prior to arrival. It is expected that the facilities will be left in the good condition that they are in on arrival and any damage/loss or unreasonable use of the facilities will be charged at full replacement value. A refundable security deposit of £250 (US$500) will be required on arrival.
