9 Porters Gate is a new air-conditioned townhouse on the beautiful West Coast of the island minutes from the beach. The spacious ground floor is open plan leading onto a tropical patio with it's own plunge pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped - choose to eat at either the breakfast bar or at the dining table or maybe dine outside where you may spot a monkey on the fence or a humming bird hovering at the Hibiscus! Relax on comfortable sofas and watch television or DVD's or listen to your favourite track on the iPod dock. The tranquil secure development consists of 31 townhouses, has a communal swimming pool as well as plans for a tennis court and a fully equipped gymnasium (currently under construction).

Flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms have high timber vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, air conditioning and their own balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in dressing room. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | Both en-suite bathrooms have high timber vaulted ceilings with vanity cupboards with marble over. The master en-suite has a jacuzzi with overhead shower. The second en-suite has a walk in shower. Both en-suite bathrooms have towels and hair dryers. |
| Kitchen: | The open plan kitchen has granite work surfaces, American style fridge / freezer with ice and water dispenser, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob with built in extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. |
| Utility Room: | The washing machine and tumble dryer are built in and concealed within the kitchen furniture. There is as separate outside drying area with utility style sink, taps and clothes line. |
| Living Rooms: | TV, DVD player, iPod dock, air conditioning, three seater sofa, two seater sofa with armchair and foot stool. A telephone (free local calls only) is also provided. Patio doors leading to verandah for outside dining, plunge pool and patio garden. |
| Other: | The open plan dining area has a table and six chairs whilst there is also provision for eating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The front bedroom has a safe for clients' use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Full linen is provided along with towels for both the beach and pool use. The townhouse is cleaned prior to your arrival and once weekly thereafter during your stay. |
Notes on accommodation
The development does not provide any form of pool supervision so caution must therefore be taken at all times with younger children at both pool areas. Please note that we do not offer a cot or highchair.
Accessibility
There are two steps leading up to the townhouse and one at the rear of the dining area leading onto the verandah.
Outside
There is a dining table and four chairs on the veranda for outside eating along with an electric fan for those warm Caribbean evenings! The plunge pool and tropical patio garden complete that romantic and relaxing end to an evenings culinary feast.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approximately a four minute walk away.
Golf
The Royal Westmorland Golf course is apx. one mile away.
Travel
Grantley Adams airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. The local bus service is frequent and a bus stop is a two minute walk from the house.
Further details
We aim to make your stay on the island as pleasurable and trouble free as possible. To this end our local representative will meet you at the house during your stay and introduce you to the property and its features. We arrange a once weekly maid service with fresh linen provided. Additional staff are available at an additional cost with a cook being a very popular choice! Additional maids' visits can be arranged along with taxi/car hire. Our local representative will discuss any requirements you may have and will always be on hand to help with any queries or recommendations you may have. Any additional services you may wish to use will be charged for locally. The two single beds in the second bedroom can be zipped together to form a queen sized bed. Additional linen is provided for this option.
Booking notes
A 20% (non-refundable) deposit is required to book the property with the remaining balance due eight weeks prior to departure. A £150.00 security deposit is also required which will be returned immediately after your holiday less any breakages / damages. Normal wear and tear and minor damages are of course overlooked. Our local representative will meet you on the last day of your holiday in order to agree the house inventory with you.
