We supply attractive and safe tumblers, plates, cutlery and wine glasses for poolside use. Safety features include a smoke alarm and window security shutters. The villa is furnished with a wood burning stove and oil filled electric heaters for use in the winter.

The villa has a private pool, size 8m x 6m and 1.2m deep. The pool is attractively finished by marble surround to accommodate 6 sun loungers. There is a seating area with a barbeque.

Coast/Beach
Villa da vinci is 10 minutes drive to the Zelena Laguna best, clean (blue flag) beach in the area, offering a range of water sports and amenities. The Adriatric is safe for swimming and particularly good for children.
Travel
Nearest airport is Pula (flights from Birmingham, Bristol, Doncaster/Sheffield, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Stanstead, Glasgow and Edinburgh) which is 35 minutes drive away. Low cost airlines Ryanair and Thomsonfly to Pula (see above), Trieste (2 hours) Venice (3 hours) and Easyjet to Riyeka (1.5 hours). Car hire is available from all of the above airports.
Distances
Groceries available from the next village Dracevac which is approximately 0.5 miles away. The picturesque towns of Rovinj is 20 minutes, Vsar is 10 minutes drive away. Venice is also easily accessible for a cost effective day trip from Porec - £35 per person, prices subject to change.

A deposit of 20% is required with booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
