Villa Stina is a 300 year old stone house which has been completely renovated in 2007. Our 2 luxurious rooms and 1 studio apartment offer you a relaxing and domestic stay. You do not need a car to explore the old town of Split, it's right in front of you with the 1700 year old Diocletian palace, domestic restaurants and cafes and the most popular beach in Split, Bacvice. A Private Parking spot is available in front of Villa Stina or you can park around the house. There is also a paid public parking 20m away from Villa Stina.

Each room has its own entrance (door), bathroom (with massage-shower or Jacuzzi), air-condition (cooling or heating), SAT TV and mini-bar.
A private parking spot is available in front of Villa Stina or you can park around the house. There is also a paid public parking 20m away from Villa Stina.
We also offer professional body massage in the rooms. You can order a masseuse through us, we will make an appointment for you. The massage takes 1 hour for the entire body and costs 200 Kunas.
Coast/Beach
The most popular beach in Split is a sand beach called Bacvice and 150m away from Villa Stina. Perfect for children (since the water is not deep) and anybody who likes to be active at the beach (play water games) or watch the local people playing "picigin". For anyone who likes rocks on the beach, there is one right beside Bacvice and its called Ovcice. By walking along the beach, you will pass many different beaches and you just choose the one you like the most.

Golf course is approx. 5km away from Split.
Travel
The split airport is 25km away from Villa Stina. We offer pick up from the airport and rides to the airport.
The main bus terminal and railway station is 100m away from Villa Stina. The ferry is also 100m away.
Distances
Since Villa Stina is in the old town (city centre) of Split, you have all you want in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, theatres, bars, cafes, turist centres and the famous 1700 year old Diocletian palace which you have to see.
