Little Vinisce holiday home is nestled in a tranquil Bay, a gentle 200m stroll to the clear sapphire blue sea, with small marina, supermarkets, post office, café bars and restaurants, all along the waterfront. Set in its own large private garden surrounded by plants and fruit trees, with outdoor shower and BBQ. The house has sea views overlooking the whole Bay and the islands of Drevenik and Solta beyond. The 2 floors are linked via internal spiral staircase, offering the best of both worlds i.e. a spacious 1st floor kitchen/diner together with an expansive top floor private sea view terrace, c/w sun loungers and swing. Parking available.

Prices are per night in Euros. Excludes local Tourist Tax (0.50-0.80 euros per person per day payable within 24 hours of arrival). Stays of 3 nights or less will incur a 30% supplement.
Changeover day
Arrival after 2pm, departure before 10am (arrangements flexible to suit although you may have to adhere to these times).

Coast/Beach
The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll from Little Vinisce where you can laze on the pebble beach, swim or snorkel in the calm turquoise sea. The coastal strip near Vinisce provides opportunities for underwater fishing and is distinguished by attractive inlets with pebbly beaches. Boat and pedalo hire are available on the Bay.
Travel
We are 25km (20 mins drive) from Split Airport. Car hire would be an advantage should you wish to travel further afield. There is a local bus service running between Vinisce and Trogir throughout the day.
Distances
Should you wish to explore, there are many other places to visit. Medena (15km) offers a full range of watersports. Trogir ‘UNESCO’ World Heritage Town is a must (20km) – with harbour, café bars, restaurants, shops and galleries within the old town walls. Split, Dalmatia’s Capital, is one of the most vibrant Cities and Split Harbour offers regular local ferries to the Islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis, Korcula and many more. Krka Park (45km) is Central Dalmatia’s most visited natural attraction.

20% deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking (non-refundable). Balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival date (non-refundable if booking cancelled within 4 week period prior to check-in date).
Security deposit 100 euros on arrival to cover breakages/ damages. Refundable on departure.

Hi Paul and Carol We booked Little Vinisce, praying it was as good as it looked -to our enormous relief, it was. Vinisce is a simply beautiful spot, and I would imagine will remain unspoiled for many years to come. We ate breakfast every day on the balcony, admiring the view of the Bay and had an early-evening, sunset swim before heading out to the village restaurants. Trogir, Split, Primosten and the Krka National Park are ‘must-do’s’, and a hire car is pretty much an essential to get the most out of your stay. We have very fond memories of our time at Little Vinisce, and I’m sure we will return.
What a wonderful time we had staying at Paul and Carol's seaside home . They had everything we needed and what an amazing view, especially from the studio's huge balcony. Vinisce is such a charming village, perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. Croatia is so beautiful and Vinisce is breathtaking. We could not have asked for anything better.
