The house is situated in a rural location, outside of ancient town Pula. The house has a large private garden, with covered barbecue. In the vicinity there are the tourist resorts such as Medulin, Banjole, Vinkuran and Premantura with the famous Cape of Kamenjak, protected as a natural park. In the west there are the Brioni Islands National Park with the oldest golf course in Europe. 2.5km from centre of town and 5km to the airport.

The cottage is located on the edge of woodlands, where it is possible to walk for miles. The house is ideally suited for couples or family with 2 children.

Outside
The newly landscaped gardens to the front of the house, are south facing. At the front of the property there is parking for 2 cars. The side of the house has a covered terrace with seating and dining area equipped with a large barbecue.
Travel
Currently, Ryanair, Globespan, Flybe, Easyjet low-cost airlines fly direct to Croatia. Pula is Istria's local airport. You can fly with Ryanair from Stansted between April and mid October. Alternatively, you can fly to Trieste, which takes just under 2 hours. Easyjet fly to Rijeka which is a 2 hour away on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula.

For 2008 bookings: a non-refundable 30% deposit is payable immediately on booking, with the balance to be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
