Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is the small beach of Agia Thekla 8 mins by car with Landa and Nissi beaches 12 mins drive.
Golf
Golf in Southern Cyprus can be played all year round and course fees are among the cheapest in Europe. There are many golf courses located on the island. One is located in Larnaca (40 mins drive) and another is proposed for the future just outside of Protaras.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains form a bulky mass across the island's center, rising almost 6,400 feet in places... high enough for snow. It's often deep enough for skiing from December through until March. There are 4 ski lifts leading to numerous runs, ranging from beginners to advanced, ski school is also available for the novice.
Special interest holidays
Cyprus is great for people who enjoy walking/cycling holidays in the Spring, Autumn and Winter, the area has miles of cycle paths and cycles are very inexpensive to hire locally. Scuba diving schools are numerous for those wishing to learn or for hire of equipment for qualifield divers to enjoy the clear warm waters of this part of the Mediterranean Horse riding is available in Cape Greko, near to Ayia Napa. Fishing and boat trips can be arranged from Ayia Napa Harbour.
Travel
Nearest airport is Larnaca some 40 mins drive. Car hire is recommended, which can be prebooked or booked at airport on arrival (Recommended hire companies available on request).

Centre of Liopetri with shops, bars and restaurant 10 mins walk.
Agia Napa 15 mins drive, Sotira 8 mins drive.
Paralimni 15 mins drive, Protaras 20 mins drive.
Further details
Liopetri has most shops, local supermarket, bakery, butchers, banks and post office. Local market held every Sat and Sun 500m from villa where local fruit and vegatables can be purchased. Three large supermarkets can be found in Paralimni.
Booking notes
10% on booking with final balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday together with a £200 security deposit cheque (refundable – subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and safe return of keys).
