We are pleased to offer this bright, spacious luxury apartment. Situated in a peaceful neighbourhood of Paralimni, in the Famagusta District of Southern Cyprus. It is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard. Set in a small and luxury low-rise development, it benefits from underground parking, a communal swimming pool and pool terrace bar. The apartment is within a few minutes drive of local bays, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, landmark churches, bars, a theatre and local hospital. The popular family resort of Protaras with its vast array of bars and restaurants and water sports on the wide sandy beaches, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, is only a short drive away. For those who prefer things a little more lively then Ayia Napa with it's enormous waterpark, stunning Nissi Beach and bustling nightlife is only 15 minutes by car/taxi.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. A fold away Z bed can be supplied to sleep a 5th person. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom has a bath/pressurised shower over, wc and handbasin with mirror and shaving socket. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen with door onto balcony (poolside) comes fully equipped with all white goods including oven, hob and extractor, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: | The large living/dining area, has patio doors and two single doors opening onto a balcony. It contains a three seater and a two seater leather sofa, Satellite TV and DVD player, dining table and six chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fresh bedlinen and towels for use in the apartment will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A mid stay clean and/or linen, towel change can be arranged for a small extra cost. |

Outside
A table and chairs is supplied for alfresco dining/sunbathing on either of the balconies. There is a communal pool with shower and toilet facilities situated adjacent to the pool.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach and the warm clear water of the Mediteranean is only a 5-7 minute drive away. Fireman's beach is a lovely sandy cove with sunbeds and umbrellas. A coastal path will lead you to many more secluded coves. Head the other way and you will reach Blue Water Bay, Ayia Triada and then the Fig Tree Bay. A short drive past Protaras will bring you to the national park of Cape Greko with it's fascinating sea caves and the beautiful Connos Bay.
Travel
The apartment is just 45 minutes (60km) by car or taxi from the airport at Larnaca. We can arrange to have you picked-up from the airport by our managing agent. Car hire rates on the island are very reasonable, making this the best way to explore all that Cyprus has to offer. There is another airport in Pafos on the other side of the island and although it is over 2 hours away by car, it is worth considering as a route in and out of the country, as it sometimes has cheaper flights.

Closest beach 2km. Larnaca Airport 60km. Local amenities, public transport 150m. Protaras 4km beaches/amusements, water sports. Ayia Napa 15km beaches, restaurants, waterpark, nightlife. Paralimni 1km large town with supermarkets and department stores.
Further details
The apartment is within a few minutes drive of local bays, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, landmark churches, bars, a theatre, and local hospital. Banks can be found in Paralimni. Local currency (Euro) can be drawn from cash machines but it is advisable to bring local currency with you which can be obtained at the airport. You can exchange travellers cheques at most hotels. Sorry, no smoking or pets in the apartment.
Booking notes
A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost is payable upon booking and the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition to this, a fully refundable security deposit (subject to no damage in apartment during stay) of £150 is required at time of booking. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance.
